Dr. Robl, Jade and the front desk ladies had an INCREDIBLE compassionate, patient, welcoming bedside manner to help our English Crème Golden Retriever’s cut paw. We LOVE this vet hospital!

The commitment and dedication of the Pet Network team is unsurpassed! My 12 year old dachshund, Rue, was not acting normal. I brought her in to see Dr. Robl. After a quick assessment it was determined Rue had Pyometra causing her uterus to rupture filling her little body with infection. Dr. Robl & Dr. Tremblay rushed her in for emergency surgery. Her odds of surviving were slim at best. The entire Pet Network team never gave up fighting to save my Rue. She made it through the surgery, but the fight wasn't over yet. The pyometra infection had caused sepsis and pancreatitis. For the next several days little Rue Rue was in critical condition, on IV medications and needed 24 hour care. Dr. Robl, Rue's hero, stayed by her side through it all even sleeping on the tiny office futon to monitor her care over night. I also heard he rescued a wild scrub jay and treated its broken leg while staying after hours to care for Rue.

It's been nearly a month since Rue's emergency, she's healed up, all 20 staples have been removed, and you'd never know I was so dangerously close to losing her. Five stars is not enough, Pet Network gets 10 stars from us!

Awesome veterinary hospital! I got the recommendation to bring my new pup to Dr Kobl for a wellness exam from two friends (both of whom are in the veterinary professions) and I’m glad I listened. He was fantastic with my dog. Very thorough and confident. I appreciated his kindness. The vet tech was super sweet and the front staff was great when I needed extra paperwork for our pet insurance. So glad to have expert care here in the Tahoe area that is affordable and trustworthy!

Not impressed with the lack of communication here. We called to get our dog booked for an appointment yesterday, as it seems his eye is infected. Their employee Heather (who likes to personally leave multiple 5 star reviews for this place) said she would call us back within a few minutes. We called again yesterday (as we hadn't heard back from her) and she assured us -with a tone- that she would call us back once she spoke with the doctor. She never called back.
We had to call again today, just to be told they can't see our dog until next Friday or Saturday. Ridiculous. We've also sent an email before with questions regarding our dog's health, which also went unanswered. Oh, but they sure are good at up selling clients. I don't recommend this place based on the lack of consideration and communication. Just wasted money on making him a client here.

Dr. Robl, Heather and Josephine at the Pet Network Community Hospital are wonderful. Dr. Robl is compassionate, very smart, a diagnostic problem solver, and takes time to share and explain everything. I've had 12 cats over the years with many veterinary visits and my experiences with Pet Network are the best veterinary experiences I've ever had. We are so lucky to have this resource in our small community!

Dr. Robl is incredible! His bedside manor and ability to explain his diagnosis and procedure was very clear and straightforward. I really appreciated being able to find veterinary care right in my own backyard. Billing was transparent and I felt that the pricing was actually lower than I anticipated. I will be returning in the future. Lola loves Dr. R and his caring staff!

Very nice people but when I called about vaccinations for my rescued puppy I explained that I was financially stressed. I was told one price on the phone and it ended up being 250.00 after 2 visits!! OMG should have gone to the humane society for 55.00. And 500.00 to put a dog down while 15.00 at humane society! So they are the cheapest in INCLINE was the answer today when I was charged the second office visit for the follow up shot that I had been told was included in the first payment? Your response on the Phone should have directed me to the cheaper options Period! And I never ask for at home euthanasia I asked how much to put a 20 year old dog down. Your communication needs work. And FYI to everyone FREE chiping of All animals from Washoe County humane society just walk in during business hours. And all of their shots Are regulated.
