We had a positive experience at Mission Valley Pet Clinic for our cat and dog’s annual checkup. The appointment fee was $85 per pet (just for the appointment itself). The vet was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Our pets seemed comfortable—our dog actually seemed to enjoy being there, though our cat was a little nervous.

The appointment started on time, and we didn’t experience any long waits. The only downside was parking—since we had an evening appointment, we found a spot, but it might be harder to find one if the clinic is busier. Arriving early is a good idea. We also appreciated the follow-up call the next morning to check on how our pets were feeling after their vaccinations.

Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend the clinic!

I have been going to this vet clinic for 8 years ever since I got my first cat. He was just a kitten when I got him, and they took such good care of him. Three years later, I got another kitten and she got amazing care too. Now my cats are 8 and 5 and I take them to yearly physicals to make sure they are staying healthy. The veterinarians, the vet techs, and the rest of the staff are so knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful. Really happy I’ve stuck with this vet clinic all these years! I highly recommend.

This TEAM IS AMAZING! I had Just adopted Yoshi from the County 1/23/24 and the next day he wasn’t doing well. They got him in that evening and took care of him. They were ALL so our going and caring about Yoshi & understanding that I had a Limited history for him. Gave advice on how to help him, referred him to an Orthopedic specialist for his hip issue and gave him meds. They are an A+ Team, followed up the next to see how he was doing. We will definitely continue to visit for future care.

They made sure to fully explain his treatments, and I was never hit with a surprise charge. They answered any questions I had. Even over the phone, the experience was exceptional. I’m so sad to leave them, due to moving. The best vet experience we have ever had!

We love Dr. Herrera and all the staff at Mission Valley Pet Clinic. They are kind and empathetic, take time with my dog, giving him the time he needs to warm up and relax and takes time explaining everything to us. They make me feel like they truly love my dog and think he's the best. We feel blessed to have found such a wonderful vet for our pup.

From the minute we walked in the front door, Everyone was so polite, attentive, helpful. They tech that cane in the room before the doctor was personable and knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions we had. The vet came in, was very, very knowledgeable as well, gave us much good information and was very patient with us. The vet was top notch. he took the time to hear our concerns answer any and every question that we had. We felt so comfortable while we were there I just felt relieved when we left, knowing that we found the perfect place to continually take our loving Sparky.

I have been visiting this sweet local vet clinic since 2011 with my pet cat. I have great experience the front desk staff, technicians, Dr. Green and Dr. Klinger. My cat can be challenging, she does hiss and sends a lot of warning to leave her alone. Other worlds she needs patience from the doctor, and luckily we got it from both of them. I highly recommend both Dr Klinger and Dr Green, you can trust both if you looking for amazing care for your furry family members.
