This was our first visit to this clinic for a quality of life exam. We had only had our dog for 2 months and were devastated when she developed complications. Stephanie, Dr Wettergren, and the entire staff were so professional and informative. We made the difficult decision to let our girl go and the staff went out of their way to provide her comfort and allow us to say our goodbyes holding her and letting her know we were there.

We came to Jamacha Pets for a physical and pre-teeth cleaning consultation. Dr. Kilpatrick is awesome. Kind, friendly, very informative. He gives suggestions on things for my furbaby but absolutely no pressure. He just gives things to think about but not necessarily needed. I trust him fully to give information only what is needed.
Staff is extremely kind and pleasant.

I wished i found this vet earlier! If you are looking for a high quality veterinary this is the place. I came in after my fur baby Bella was acting a little off after a scuffle with another dog and i was able to schedule an appointment the next day, the waiting room is peaceful and clean, and overall the vet techs and doctor were personable, respectful and really listed to your concerns. They really met and exceeded on my needs and made me feel comfortable and heard <3 they also gave me a call after her visit to check in on her and that made me feel 10x better, this place really cares!!! I can go on about their exceptional customer service but as mentioned, if your looking for a safe friendly and caring place to bring your fur baby, this is it . Ps. ITS AFFORDABLE TOO ! :)

We love Dr K and Jamacha Pet Vets! Everyone is always so kind and informative. Dr K always takes the time to explain everything and make sure the patient is well taken care of. The new office is beautiful and so welcoming. Would never go anywhere else for pet care. We drive almost an hour so that we know we are getting the best care around. My dog has been going to Jamacha Pet Vets since I got him at 2-1/2 months old. We still go to them even though they moved and then I moved. It’s worth the drive! Everyone is super friendly, they do a great job and the prices are very reasonable, especially for SD! Highly recommend!

Dr. Dixon saw my cat for some GI issues and was extremely thorough and thoughtful in her process from examination to treatment! From the vets, to the techs, to the front desk staff, everyone is always so welcoming and considerate to your needs. I’m new to the area and am grateful to have found a permanent vet for all my pets so soon. Thank you to Dr. Dixon & the rest of JPV staff!

Appt ws for 11:30am. Wasnt taken back into room til 12:10pm. Dr. came in an apologized for the wait..Plenty of parking in rear. Movie Lion King was on in the lobby. Rooms are decent size with a limited bench seat. Bathroom was clean. Dr. was througher with exam. Rabie shot given in another room in building. Wanted to be with him but not. Checked out at 12:35pm.
