Estafa absoluta ! No entiendo el porqué esta gente no tiene ningún tipo de control para que no abusen de la necesidades de la gente. Ayer llevé a mi perrito para que lo durmieran y lo incineraran porque ya estaba muy enfermo y me querían cobrar lo que cobran por un ser humano . Me fui a otro lugar y por el mismo servicio me cobraron $145,00 $45. por la inyección y $100. por la cremación. No los recomiendo son inhumanos y exageradamente careros.

I am writing this review with a sense of disappointment, as I had high hopes for this animal hospital.

Firstly, I found the veterinarian I consulted with to be both unapproachable and indifferent toward my dog, and, more importantly, lacking the necessary expertise in the field. I brought my senior dog in for an examination due to bloody discharge and a mass on her vulva. After several tests (urinalysis, blood work, and x-ray), and a significant financial investment, she was diagnosed with a “possible” UTI and was sent home with antibiotics.

Over the following months, I monitored the mass and noted significant growth. I scheduled another consultation, but after a brief discussion that was all of 5-10 minutes at the most, the vet suggested returning when my dog was not in heat—despite her not being in heat at that time. This visit incurred another $70 charge without any resolution.

Feeling uncertain about the care provided, I chose to transfer my dog to Alona Animal Hospital. Although this facility was significantly further away, the experience was invaluable. The veterinarian there immediately identified the mass as a tumor and took the time to discuss several options with me for an entire hour, without charging for additional tests that day. His approach was both warm and professional, which provided me with much-needed reassurance. I got a diagnosis for my dog and surgery all within the same week, and the biopsy has been confirmed as cancer. I can't help but feel that this situation could have been addressed months ago had I chosen Alona from the beginning- potentially saving my dog’s life.

Regrettably, my experience at Imperial has left me feeling as though I was a victim of malpractice. I cannot recommend this facility and advise others to be cautious when considering their services.

It appears to be a hospital operated by family members. The physician, who seems to be a son, offers incorrect opinions about dogs and displays a lack of expertise in this field. Due to these misguided opinions, my dog's condition has worsened. Furthermore, they excessively charge for their services and show no love for dogs. Do not ever go to this hospital.

This hospital has been so good to me and my 2 fur babies and I don't think I could trust anyone else with my 2 little girls with how much love and care that they put out for the puts that comes in to the Hospital

This is the best animal hospital you can ever take your animal to. My Australian shepherd Bella was my fur baby and the love of my life and they took the best care of her. Always gave me their best advice and would never charge me for unnecessary things. Both Dr. Edward Kim and Dr. Senior Kim were so sweet loving and compassionate and always took my feeling into consideration. They did everything they could for my pup and unfortunately when it was her time they made sure she was comfortable and loved. I am so grateful for them and their entire staff especially Candace. She was so sweet especially at the end and gave me so much support and love. Thank you Imperial animal hospital! Every vet needs to be more like you guys!

Myself and my wife went after the New Year to take in our 14 + old Tabby gray cat GOHAN to see if they could put him down as he was suffering for over 9 days he had multiple medical conditions , and had been slowly declining never complained by crying or anything. We had a rough time getting through the process of parting ways with Gohan he was such a great cat & will be missed dearly. The Doctor, his son , & their staff were very understanding and still being our first time visit at that clinic, treated Gohan as they would do any animal checked ,examined him, weighed him, explained his condition to us , and allowed us to be able to make the hard decision of putting him down so he could be at peace. We highly recommend this clinic , and will definitely be bringing in our other animals to this clinic . Our clinic was booked and closed one extra day for New Years and we appreciated this place for being open, and that staff, and doctors , for the way that they handled our situation professionally. The price was very reasonable...?❤❤ R.I.P. Gohan......❤❤❤

Thank you guys for taking great care of my baby kittens. I got the kitten package for them and I highly recommend. I also came in yesterday when my kitten ripped his whole nail off trying to climb the screen and they took care of him real quick. This place is always clean and the staff is always courteous, helpful and professional. Thank you again for taking care of my babies.

I've gone to many vets and Imperial Hosital is the best! I drive from downtown LA every time for all of my pets needs as they are very trustworthy, dependable and have competitive prices. They only recommend what you need and get straight to the point. No time wasted nor up sales. Super clean and high tech. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend them ?
