I'm really happy with how the entire staff treats my dog. He is a rescue with fear, anxiety, and reactvity to dogs. They accommodate his needs and let us enter through a backdoor to avoid encounters with other pets. They take their time and are gentle and patient with him. At one of his appointments my dog was too scared to get on their table, so the vet sat on the floor with him and did the exam on the floor. Talk exceptional and individualized care for your pets!! They're are also accommodating for all of our documentation needs required by our pet insurance.

He has had his puppy and annual vaccines here, annual physical exams, Dental exams and cleanings, as well as appointments for injury and pain. They have all the medications he's needed available on site. My dog also needed to be seen by a surgeon, which they partner with and made everything as smooth as possible. My dog seems as comfortable as possible for him with the staff and the vets. The staff provide a great customer experience for both the pet and the owners. They have been very helpful and have answered all of our questions and helped us with our concerns.

Also, they recently expanded their service hours later into the evening as well as on weekends. Happy to see that they are hearing their customers' needs and responding!

I really appreciate everyone at Culver Palms Animal Hospital and I am happy we found them! Zero negative experiences so far! I definitely recommend this vet for your pets.

It was a wonderful experience after a harrowing day of worry that escalated to an ER visit the night before. They were super busy but the front desk, tech and veterinarian were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel that my Daisy is in good hands.

I am grateful to have CPAH near me. They took care both of my fur babies. Yes, I meant that in past tense . On June 6th of this year I was faced with the fact that I had to make a decision about my baby girl Bridgette. Bridgette was my little tibbie or Tibetan spaniel. She was a little over 15 yrs old. My choices were chemo, hospice or euthanasia. I lost my partner of almost 23 years last December..unexpectedly. Diabetic, caused an (infection ). Which caused Travis's organs to shut down … all from a foot accident .. Bridgette was our daughter. She kept me

Months ..I received a card from CPAH… it was addressed to my partner Travis . I didn’t tell them about the loss of my partner..but what a special remembrance of the love I had for my fur baby …I am grateful that they cared enough to acknowledge my loss .. I am grateful that Bridgette’s transition was actually very peaceful, gentle and caring. Thank you to everyone at CPAH …

I left a review for Culver Palms about 3 months ago because of their lack of care towards my dog’s treatments. I left the review in hopes of finding a solution with them, so I could continue to bring my dog in for care. Instead, they said they would no longer treat him. Unfortunately, my dog was in the middle of treatment. I was forced to find a new doctor to refill his pain and anti-inflammatory medication (for his hip issues, that were due that week) that he can barely walk without, as well as find a new doctor to operate on him (he was due for a hematoma removal the following week). They left us high and dry, and did not even flinch when doing so. My dog was in so much pain for the next 2 weeks as I called and vetted new hospitals.

LUCKILY, the new doctor I found completely changed his meds, and was able to operate on him in a timely manner. I told the new vet that we were at Culver Palms previously, and he shuttered in disgust (actually shuttered and shook his head in disappointment). I asked why that reaction and he kept his words short to be polite, but basically said he would never recommend anyone take their pets there, and that there are much better facilities on the westside.

They did my poor boy so wrong, but in the end it worked out for the VERY BEST.

This was me and my girlfriend's first experience at CPAH and it's safe to say that we will be making this our go to Vet clinic. The vet and vet techs were really helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They educated us on cost effective methods to make sure our cat stays happy and healthy!
