I just moved from Arizona and needed to find a new Veterinarian for my pets. I am so fortunate to have found this place. My Great Dane has tremors and was out of medication since our vet in Arizona could not transfer them. Ann got us on the schedule right away without an additional “emergency visit” charge like other places often do. We met with Dr. Haney, she is fantastic. She did an exam and got us out of there quickly so my dog could take his meds and get some rest. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients, I’m so grateful for the entire team at Alicia Pacific Veterinary Center. Thank you!

Wonderful care here. Staff so friendly and attentive you’ll feel at ease when leaving your pet in their care. Filling RX is very easy and quick. The online option being most useful outside of their business hours. I usually get a response within hours of their return to work. They also accommodate to my special requests regarding how to handle my dog during examinations and I cannot tell you how much that is appreciated. Thank you to all the staff at APVC! Came in for neutering, as well as a baby tooth removal, and micro ship, allot going on, but while he is under it is best to get it all done, rather to keep putting him under. He is doing very well after the procedure, and we were told what to expect, as well as to bring him in for a check up... Very happy with the professionalism.

I am so grateful to know Dr. Haney and to put my dear cat "Cappuccino" in her expert professional care. She is smart, honest, forthright, and caring, and such a lovely person to deal with. We've been taking Cappuccino to Dr. Haney for about four years, and are truly appreciative of the care he receives. The facility is sparkling clean and staff are really nice, and most importantly, I can truly trust Dr. Haney. I trust her excellent veterinary knowledge, and her outstanding experience, and her character. I know our darling fur baby is in the best hands with Dr. Haney. I count it as a blessing to have her on our team. I would give her a 10-star rating if the program would let me, because she is absolutely superlative.

Dr. Hayne saved my 4.5lbs chihuahuas life from pneumonia AND pancreatitus. Her team is very caring and patient with dogs with behavioral needs. This center is also priced competitively, so if you're in the Laguna area, I would 10/10 recommend ?

The doctors and staff are phenomenal. They followed up with an a couple times a week until they knew our little baby was just fine and plus they were so understanding and caring they made you feel like part of the family.

Went in concerened for my 5 yo dog, uncertain if i needed to worry or not as she was off the last couple days . They said that they wanted to do xrays, blood work and make sure nothing wrong with organs, etc. Sounded thorough as we weren't sure If there was a real problem or maybe she just wasn't feeling good that day. They took her in the back for 5 minutes.Took a temperature looked over it said and then propose to plan. I asked how much, dr said they'll work up a quote. Came and talked to me, showd me quote and said could Get everything in hour or less...How much... They came back at $1400 and change! X-rays ultrasound and blood work and a few things. It was ridiculous when I got home. I called 3 other vets, blood work was less than half. The x-rays were much cheaper. I could have the works 500 bucks anywhere else. Really felt like a hard close and taking advantag of my concern. I mean, the plan sounded.Okay, it's just their pricing was ridiculous.
So I left. And I'll never be back.
