I drove from defuniak springs to have my Char neutered. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease with him having this procedure done and monitoring him over night. It was affordable and the staff that I encountered was very kind and informative. He’s resting and healing and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

If I could leave more stars I would! Dr. Toby Atkinson and his entire staff are absolutely the most caring people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! They are genuinely lovely & treat your fur baby (& your wallet) as a priority - they try to save you as much money as possible. My dogs go monthly for nail trimmings and medicines for chronic Illness. They are more affordable than anywhere we’ve gone. Compassion, exceptional customer service, & warmth are at the cornerstone of their practice. You will not be disappointed!

I can’t say enough how pleased we are!! I work across town at another veterinary office, we do not offer boarding. A recent trip out of town, my dogs had to stay behind. I choose AAC, because I talk to these ladies daily & love their professionalism, some of our clients board their pets w/ AAC & are always singing their praises. The boarding is top notch. My dogs shared a suite, they had all the comforts of home, including a tv!! Their facility is clean, smells like fresh laundry & all the pets were happy & well cared for. When I picked up, my dogs smelled like they just left the salon!! I did not expect a bath & blow out!! I also was not expecting the cost…..I’d planned for more!! To my surprise it was less than the competition with so much more to offer. Thank you guys!!!!

We want to make sure the clinic we took our cat to is recognized for friendly, reasonably priced, and accommodating service we received. Our 15 year old cat somehow dislocated his rear leg and we needed a vet that was accepting new patients. I won't go into prior/local vet policies but after 3 calls no one seemed to care. Our last resort would have been OnPoint in FWB but luckily we made a call to Andalusia and they were happy to see our beloved cat the same day! There were no "new patient" or unreasonable fees given the circumstances. Dr.T provided an assessment and gave us 2 options, the first was to attempt putting the leg back in socket but was unsuccessful so surgery was the end result. He's healing now but we are hopeful has many more years with us now thanks to the staff at this clinic. The front office staff were so empathetic and friendly. Dr.T even provided overnight care to keep a watchful eye over our cat. Totally unexpected and above and beyond! They have earned our business for life and this positive review. Thank you so much!!

After taking in a feral kitten, Dr. Toby was able to see us right away, test her, and give her her shots. We can't even find a veterinarian in the FL panhandle, so we will be bringing our other animals here in the future. Friendly staff and wonderful service.
