The services here are outstanding! My dog has been coming here since he was a puppy, and I’ve trusted them for boarding as well as drop-off appointments. I can always rely on them to take excellent care of my dog. The staff is amazing—friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet! We have been bringing our dogs and cats to Alta View since 1995. I have complete confidence in Dr Low and his team. He has restored Alta View to the high standards of care that Dr Ghumann established, but had lapsed several years ago under an interim director.

We had another great visit at Alta View Animal Hospital. The staff is always very nice and professional, it is always fairly easy to schedule an appointment and they follow up on your pet. Dr Low was fantastic as usual, always attentive, caring for my pet, explaining issues well, and providing reasonable suggestions for the next steps. My dog has gone through a lot including surgery and the vets and staff has taken such a good care of him. They also help rescue groups like the one that rescued my pup before I adopted him, which I think is outstanding and shows you their big heart. High five and big thanks to Alta View Animal Hospital!

I’ve been taking my rescue pet rabbit to Alta View for two years and he has since received great treatment and care! Prices are reasonable and the appointment times are more flexible than most other vets. Would recommend for an exotic pet owner!

Worst ever service! They are gouging your money making you do the same tests over and over. We payed more than $2000, only to for the tests, to schedule a tees cleaning for the small dog. The Doctor promise to call back and never did. The receptionist is unacceptable rude. Will keep you on hold intentionally for 3 hours, after you asking her look at the record of the pet. Also , my son paid by cash for services and front desk did not give him a receipts for all services.
When I requested a copy of the receipts, being in a office, receptionist just left from the desk making me wait, and did not gave me a copies after coming back, making excuse that she has to assist other clients. Spent that day 2 hours in a lobby! Just sitting and waiting. Very unprofessional. No copy of receipts either.

I've been bringing my senior dog to Alta View Animal Hospital since I moved to Sunnyvale about a year and half ago, and I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff is wonderful - they are so friendly and accommodating. Everyone here is extremely attentive to their animal patients and their needs. My dog is almost 16 years old with a lot of medical needs, but I always feel at ease knowing he's in great hands at Alta View and we have him on an individualized medication plan as he continues to age 🙂
