All the staff were amazing in taking care of my 5 month old Jinxi girl! I got a same-day appointment for her vaccines, exam and figuring out why she has a watery eye, as well as flea, tick & heartworm prevention (they let you go through Chewy!) and her spay quote. Thank you!

I came in for flea medicine for my 2 dogs. I explained when I made the appt that one of the dogs (queensland heeler) can be nippy when handled. They said its no big deal and they would help me. Upon arrival the tech was unsure of herself, she had to be brand new and could barely formulate questions for some reason. Once I was in the room the vet wouldn't come in the door, but opened the door with 5 others standing behind him a and aggresively threw a muzzle across the room at me. And told me to muzzle him. I explained I had talked to them on the phone that I would need help with him. He acted like he was appalled I would bring a dog that nips. I could not get the muzzle on myself and none of the 5 people standing there would help me. I had my young daughters with me and he told them to hold the dog & help, which I did not want any child to get nipped. A trained professional should help before kids! After I said this wasn't going to work, he loudly yells "I cant do ANYTHING for you then, BYE!". So unprofessional & trashy.

My first impression of the veterinary hospital was one of professionalism. Not only was I treated with respect and courtesy, but staff reassured me if I needed anything, to just let them know, they asked if I had any questions (several times), they told me what procedures were to be done, and filled me in with "what was normal," they were both gentle and firm with my dog, ensuring a pleasant and safe experience.
The costs were fair, more expensive than clinics, obviously, but I also had a thorough exam done for my dog, and other tests done, eg. worms. Handicapped parking is available and doors seem wide enough for handicapped pet owners. I will continue to use this veterinary hospital, from what I saw, today.

Seriously the best Veterinary experience we've ever had. The staff is both professional and caring. Dr. Tucker is extremely knowledgeable and has a great way with all of our pets, even our very spazzy German Shepherd Maggie. Highly recommend.
