We just recently switched to here from North Pole. I tried to get a hold of them on Monday to set up a vet appointment and to ask them to write another prescription for my dogs medication Because he was going to run out by the end of the week, and I wanted to get ahead of it before he ran out. They did not answer so I called the following day and they were closed Tuesday Wednesday for inventory and closed on Thursday, I then called Friday and they didn’t answer until 3 o’clock on Friday. They told me that it would be ready to pick up on Monday. I then called them early morning today and they said that they close at three but if I got there before four and knocked on the door that somebody would be able to give me my prescription. I didn’t trust it so I left an hour early from work to get there by 2:30. When I got there, somebody came to the door and said that they were busy and that they would call them to let them know I was here. I waited 30 minutes and went back up to the door and somebody came out and said that the person had left and they were gone for the day and that I would have to come back tomorrow. I am so over this place being closed four days out of the week and only opening for one day and then not answering their phones. I will never be going back there. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know how their business is still running. Now my dog can’t get his medication when he desperately needs it.

I have been going here for about two years and never had a bad experience! They are the most friendly and helpful staff. The staff always get back to me within a short period of time and are so professional. Pricing is very affordable and never any hidden costs or fees. I can not say enough how kind and upbeat the staff is. And shoutout to ms Claire for being so awesome and helpful! 5/5 for real I will always recommend taking your pets here ?

This is the worst, vet my family and I have experienced for our animals, they have hours posted on their door and they won't answer the phones when they are supposedly open. Last time we took our puppy there the vet t.ec or what ever said that he tried too eat them being very dramatic about the scenario that took place.

I would rate them a full 5 stars if I was able to go in and be with my animals through the visit. Then I can point out little concerns I might have missed dropping them off.
