I had a semi feral cat (Tiger) that was sick and I wasn’t sure what Dr. Liu could do for him since I didn’t know if he ingested something bad or just what was wrong. Nor did I know how he would examine him since Tiger has never let me come close to him. When I brought Tiger in as a walk in Liv (vet tech) was exceptional. She used black thick gloves at first to handle him but he was calm enough so she handled him without gloves. She wasn’t scared nor did she mind the fleas on him! I’ve been trying to give him an oral flea medicine but was not successful yet. Long story short: the vet techs got his weight, temp and heart rate! Then, Dr. Liu was able to examine him and did not add on a bunch of tests which would had cost so much more. He told me what he could do (antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications) then if he didn’t get better to do blood work next time. I was so grateful. Extremely grateful that they took care of him even if he’s a feral cat. It took me 1.5 days to trap Tiger to take him to the vet. Good veterinarian that doesn’t trick you like others I’ve been to. They even applied the flea medicine I brought. I’m grateful.

Nice staff but I felt my appt. Was rushed, as if they wanted ro limit my interaction with the vet to 5-10 minutes. Good follow through on getting amswers to lab results by receptionist. Still, face time with the vet should not feel that past 5 minutes I was taking up their time. Tjats why I liked the vets at ASPC in Monrovia in Duarte better but they were booked solid. Vets there had more compassion amd face time with clients.

I was very disappointed in this animal hospital. I had a very wild feral cat Rosemead Animal Control picked up for me. I wanted to pay for the cat so others who needed to use the funding established by Rosemead would be available. I wanted to pay for 1 day of boarding, so the wild cat could rest after surgery. Rosemead Animal Hospital charged me three days board, because the animal control dropped the cat off on Sunday. They said they charged me the rate they would charge Rosemead...end of story it cost me over a $100.00 to get a wild cat neutered because I care...if I went with the trap and release program it would have cost me NOTHING! I have not seen the released feral again!

I have been coming here whenever my cats have health concerns. The most recent experience was not great. I walked-in at 9 am because my cat has discharge in one of her eyes. I was told that the wait could be from 30 minutes to 3 hours. They told me that I can return at 2:30pm if my cat was not being seen until 12 pm.

I asked to see if I can wait at the waiting room because it was too hot to wait outside. However, staff said that I cannot wait in the waiting room. The heat was a bit unbearable, and I am sure that it was difficult on my fur baby.

After 3 hours wait in the heat, my cat was able to get some medical attention. The vet’s bed side manner was decent. It was not as bad how the review described. Price was decent.

The vet here is knowledgeable but sometimes the appointments are a bit far in time, couple weeks ahead. Also, it sometimes feels like they just want your money when they suggest things needed for your pet.

I really enjoy the staff here. Everyone is really friendly, including the vet! Over time I started to notice that some times they can’t take walk ins and it’s getting longer to schedule appointments. But that just goes to show you everyone else likes this place too. Parking lot is a little small (I think there’s room in the back) and it’s a small office but they’re great I promise! Also much cheaper than other offices so win win!!

I brought my puppy there.
This is my first puppy and haven't owned any dogs before.
The nurse and doctor were good. Doctor checked up on it and gave a vaccine shot and drug thru nose and mouth.
It was quick and my ? was calm .
