I love Parkdale! Dr Montgomery is amazing with my reactive dog. She gets down on my dog’s level and approaches her on my dog’s terms. I have tried so hard to help my dog work through her reactivity. Dr Montgomery is so encouraging and helpful in navigating my dog’s personality. Thank you so much for all you do and for your staff. Vet visits used to be very traumatizing and anxiety provoking for myself and my dog. Now I feel better prepared and supported with all the staff even though my dog still doesn’t like the visit. ❤️❤️

We took our sick cat here and I can't brag on ALL of the staff enough. We unfortunately had to make the decision to put him to rest, but everyone was so kind to us and our cat. I will absolutely take my other animals here. I can't thank them enough for helping us and taking great care of our cat.

My dog is a patient of theirs. Just called them, waited on hold for 20 minutes. Told them I'd like to have my dog seen, they didn't ask why, they told me they couldn't schedule anything and to check somewhere else. Would not recommend these people.

This vet was good at first but when I had to send a text to cancel the appointment in a day advance like they asked me to do in case I need to cancel, they turn around and said I was a no show and for the next appointment I’d have to pay a deposit of $80.30 even though I have proof in text that it wasn’t a “no show,” they ignored that completely. I will not come back and I don’t recommend this place. I saved the texts where they acknowledged my cancellation a day before like they requested.

These folks are the best! They care deeply for my Rome and handle him with such loving kindness. He was so happy being with them that he didn't even realize he had taken a big poke! And that was just the first visit. VCA Parkdale rocks my little cowboy!

Great staff - so kind and compassionate. New to the area and my elderly dog worsened quickly. They were the only vet in the area that would see her. They were great with and patient with us. A couple weeks later, her time came, and they couldn't have made the process any easier. Very kind and gentle - gave us plenty of time with her. Sent a card later. Did all of the cremation set up for us. Highly recommend.
