Such a wonderful experience here! Every member of the staff is personable and kind, exactly what you want from your vet office. They have tons of options for payment to make it easier on the owners. And right now they have the whole place decorated for Halloween and a place/costumes to take pics of your furry friends 🙂 highly recommend!!

We just lost our dear pet who is featured in the profile picture. There was nothing that anybody could have done. He went from healthy and vibrant to dead in just a few days. Clearly something ruptured in his body. I was impressed by how this location dealt with a difficult situation. They did a fine job of caring for our beloved pet and were very professional after his passing. The bags that they use as body bags are professional and aesthetically pleasing. I work in the funeral industry. I was thoroughly impressed by their levels of professionalism! I help grieving families for a living and now that I found myself on the other side of things, appreciated their high level of professionalism. Well done! Keep up the good work.

I was scrambling to find my cat Nacho a vet after noticing he was clearly in distress. I called all over and the VCA were the only ones able to get him in right away.

When I dropped off my fur baby, everyone was kind and the place clean and organized. I knew he was in good hands.

I had no idea how good.

My kitty ended up being much sicker than we thought- the doctor text me to inform me of what was going on and sent links full of information.

I called and spoke to Kristen, who helped me make a good (and surprisingly affordable) plan to board Nacho through the weekend for care. She listened to me cry and gave me support like you wouldn't believe. She even texted me that evening to give me an update.

The next morning I called to check in and spoke to Dani, who also had was incredibly kind and supportive. I must've sounded like a crazy person, but her compassion never wavered. She also kept me informed about the weekend schedule so I would know not to worry if I didn't hear from them so much.

I didn't expect to hear from them Saturday, one of the weekend staff, Sterling, messaged Kristen, who on her time off, went out of her way to forward me the messages to keep me in the loop about my baby. They even sent pictures to ease my worry.

I haven't even finished working with this group, and I am so incredibly thankful and moved by their ability to offer incredible care, not just to the pets, but to the worried/mildly insane owners. They will be getting our business for all the years to come- and also some giant hugs and tears of gratitude from me if they'll have it.

They saved my cats life. I can’t believe the amount of care they gave my cat, and how amazing they were to us. Truly sympathetic team, amazing knowledge and they honestly care about the animals brought in here. They went above and beyond. My cat had two surgeries and quite a few days stay in their care, I was stressed but knew she was in excellent hands. We will forever be grateful for their help and care.

We brought our pet to VCA unfortunately for my dog the experience was really bad with bleeding mouth and with a red eye vessel. I'm not going to speculate what happened.
I believe as a pet owner we should be allowed to observe that handler from distance of a video camera, if we feel that our pets are getting a little bit agitated we should be allowed to say you know what it is not okay to do this.
They kept my dog from9am to 2:30 pm. I feel that they were trying to hide what they did but they couldn't because my dog was frighten to the point that I have to go in the back of the facility and physically retrieve him.
I have videos and I have pictures in the condition that I brought my dog home
I don't have words for this type of people because I know they have lawyer.
My financial situation is a poor person, all what I wanted to do was neuter my dog. They wanted to charge $2,000 for X-rays and some other things.
I believe because I couldn't come up with the money that they wanted my dog gets a bad experience now I have to explain his behavior of insecurity.

Absolutely love this place. Everyone was super friendly. The vet techs and vet were so accommodating and met my dog on his level, literally sitting on the ground with him for his exam. They were very patient as my 62lb dog decided to melt onto the floor instead of cooperate with the exam. They were extremely thorough and flexible with treatment options. It was our first time there and we got a little welcome package for our dog which was super cute. It had a baggie holder with bags, education pamphlets, and a sample of a new flea and tick medication. We look forward to coming here with both of our dogs.

They took great care of our dogs! The staff is super friendly and keeps you well informed and updated. They answered all of my questions, and reassured me with my worries. Our dogs are our babies, and we definitely can trust this VCA for extraordinary care!

We recently moved here and have not established vet care yet. My dog clearly has a UTI and when she started with symptoms this morning I was able to get her in right away. I was so thankful for the women at the front desk. They were kind, efficient, and compassionate to our situation. I was thrilled to find such a place and so relieved. The vet tech was wonderful as well. All was great until Dr Howden entered the scene. She was condescending, rude, disparaging to our old vet saying (and I quote) that her standard of care is much higher. (He has been our family vet for years, has taken excellent care of our dogs, has even cried with my husband when we had to put our other dog down, so I was not going to tolerate this stranger speaking to me like that). A simple UTI turned into them wanting to keep our dog for hours. When I expressed discomfort with this plan, she burst back into the room to demean me further. I am a believer that healthcare and vet care should be a provider working WITH the family/patient to come up with a reasonable plan of care that both parties are comfortable with. Instead, we got a vet on a complete power trip whose only goal was to let me know it was her way or the highway and there was no room for my opinion or what I was comfortable with. I had no choice but to leave my dog there or not get treatment, which could've led to sepsis. It was an awful feeling. A provider and their patient should never be in a power struggle rather work alongside each other for the best ourcome. Dr Howden showed zero compassion, zero empathy, and zero understanding of our pet's unique needs. Such a bummer that one person could ruin what would otherwise be an incredible experience. I would rather drive 2 hours to Sacramento before I woud ever step foot in there again. I hope more people come forward so they can turn things around for the better and cut out the cancer at this clinic.
