My sweet doggo injured her front paw on Sunday evening. We rushed her to BrightCare ER vet and they were WONDERFUL! We were seen right away, the staff were absolutely lovely, and the office is clean and very well maintained. The doctor was so friendly and took the time to explain everything to us in detail; then the assistant went over the possible expenses before we signed. I was very impressed with the low cost of care given they are a 24 hour emergency office! We got our sweet girl back quickly, she was treated with love and care by everyone there. We will definitely be back for all our emergency animal needs, and with 4 animals in our family, it's bound to happen sooner or later. Definitely 5 stars and

From the moment we brought our dog into BriteCare on a Sunday morning after he had a seizure, we knew he was in caring and capable hands! The staff took him right back and led us to a room where we could wait. The staff checked on us and provided updates every ten minutes until the dr came in to talk to us. He was wonderful and patiently answered all our questions. Our dog is a very spoiled Covid puppy that we love more than the world and he had never spent a night away from home. The staff greatly reduced our worries over leaving him and told us to cal at anytime day or night for an update. We went to visit him Monday and the staff had a room all set up for us with his name on the door and blankets laid out on the floor. It was our great luck that BriteCare is also a veterinary neurological center with imaging equipment, lab and neurologists on staff. After a battery of tests ruling out the more scary diagnosis, he was diagnosed with epilepsy and came home Tuesday. The staff was unfailingly kind and patient with us and our spoiled pup! While his stay was not cheap, I felt that charges were within reason. I highly recommend investing in pet insurance for just this kind of emergency! I can’t recommend BriteCare highly enough!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bright Care veterinarian group.
As soon as I walked in the office staff greeted me.
They are so sweet with dog Chloe, who was very scared.
Then Dr. Baez came out and talked to me . She is lovely and. Smart.
I left my baby pup there feeling
Secure and calm .Then I got a phone call from Dr. Righter
He is a most lovely man , so calm and patient with all my questions.
Both of the doctors got an action plan for Chloe and she is doing well and on the mend

The team at BrightCare took great care of my dog, Daisy. They greeted us, took Daisy back, and put me in a comfortable room while they examined her. The staff was very attentive and great at communicating. They worked with me on a plan to get her feeling better, and were able to get Daisy her meds and we were on our way. They didn't try to push any unnecessary procedures or surgeries on her, and were fine with us doing outpatient care. Great job BrightCare team!

My dog Otis was seen in at BrightCare after having an unexpected seizure over the weekend. I brought him in to BrightCare and was so overwhelmed by the kindness of the staff, how thorough they were in not only caring for Otis but also in caring for our whole family. From the front desk staff, to the financial staff, to the doctors and techs, our experience was beyond wonderful. They took amazing care of my dog, and were there to answer any question I had (no matter how silly) at any hour of the day. I am so thankful we were referred to BrightCare and am so grateful to know we have such a fabulous resource in our neighborhood.

I highly recommend BrightCare, their doctors and their medical staff. We have brought our dog, Mae, to BrightCare multiple times within the past year. Once due to a bad allergic reaction to stepping on a bee, and a couple more times for pancreatitis and related issues.

Each time, the staff has been calm, positive and welcoming — even when we were emotional messes. I especially appreciate that they will take Mae straight after arrival vs. other emergency vet's offices where we have to wait a long time in a lobby while Mae gets more anxious.

The doctors are very clear with their explanations about their recommended treatment plans and their reasoning. Though, sometimes, they can lapse into medical jargon that we ask them to further explain. It can take anywhere from 2-4 hours to get analysis back on imaging — such as X-rays and ultrasounds — so be prepared to wait a little for those results. They are also very quick at processing payments and paperwork, which is helpful for when we submit claims to our pet insurance afterwards.

The Doctors and nurses are absolutely wonderful!! They have always taken the upmost care of my animals and I highly recommend this place to anyone, who wants the best care for their animals. My baby Boy Bandit has been cared for by this hospital many times, due to a blockage in his urethra. As my regular vet doesn’t have overnight care I would drop him off every night and pick him up in the morning and did this for 7 days and nights. The care provided from everyone from the front desk to the back is above board. They give you a choice on what tests you want run and how much money each one costs, there’s no surprises on the bill as I was told everything along the way . Yes it’s definitely more expensive but it’s an emergency hospital so it’s expected. Thanks again everyone for saving my baby Bandit ❤️

Our pet was transferred after a one-night stay at the emergency clinic to BrightCare Veterinary Group. The emergency clinic vets recommended a Neurologist assess our dog and BrightCare had a Neurologist available the next morning and had advanced imaging equipment at their practice. Neurologist Dr. Gorgi saw us the next morning after our dog's accident. He explained a treatment plan, outcomes we could expect and assessed our pet. His staff began treatment promptly upon our agreement to the plan. Throughout the 5 days of treatments, imaging and care, we were regularly updated by Dr. Gorgi and all clinic staff. We were encouraged to call anytime day or night for updates and we were invited to visit our pet and offer favorite foods in person when appetite was waning. Pictures were also emailed to us throughout our pet's stay, which we appreciated. Financial updates were clear and there were no surprises. The after care plan and medications were clearly explained to us and we have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. We are so happy to have our dog back home, thank you for the excellent care, BrightCare!
