Loved my first time experience of bringing my dog here. The staff here are all truly welcoming, knowledgeable and compassionate. I called in the morning and asked if they had any same day availability and they were able to book my dog for an appointment by the afternoon. I’m very grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Happy to say we’ve found our new vet! My dog even wanted to go back inside the vet’s office after we left 🙂

My fur-babies and I absolutely love SPAH. SPAH sees exotic pets and your typical dogs and cats so I am able to bring both my guinea pigs and my pup.
Veterinarians and staff are always so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. It always feels so welcoming. All my pets feel at ease when visiting for health check ups.
There is some free parking behind the building or you can find some around on the street.
In my opinion at this time, prices are affordable for both dog exam visits and exotic exam visits.

I had a wonderful experience bringing my elderly dog here. The staff was friendly, and everything was efficient! The vet was very gentle and gave recommendations for treatment. I didn’t feel pressured to pay for unnecessary exams. They were kind and straight to the point. Make sure you call to make an appointment in advance, they book out about 2 weeks in advance.

We had a wonderful experience for our first time at South Pas Animal Hospital. We have an anxious dog and going to the vet is always a stressful day -- especially as a new patient since we've moved to Pasadena. But everyone at this office was truly amazing with our girl. Highly recommend, especially Dr. Navia and Kristy. I'm so happy we found our new vet to care for our sweet (nervous) pup.

Extremely appreciative of the kind staff here!! We recently moved to the area, and I knew I needed to bring my cat in for surgery as indicated by a previous veterinarian. On our first visit, I was in awe of how gentle Dr. Chiang was with Tippy and truly felt that each member of the staff was doing their best. I've been to a few vets in the last year and a half with Tippy, and they have by far been the best!! Would recommend them more than I can express. I've called a multiple times to ask questions, and each time they've been super helpful. Plus they've been extremely clear & nonjudgmental with the cost of care. I'm happy to have found a vet we can trust. Tippy has recovered great from his surgery 🙂

This by far is the best place. I've ever been not only emergency hospital, but they do regular stuff. Also, and they are fairly priced to inexpensive.. Caring friendly. Give this place a try.Some people complained about blood work be inexpensive but it is extremely expensive at other places. That's our friendly and caring and love animals, and we'll take care of you. I am a Google traveler and have over 10 million views on my reviews. Take my advice and give them a try.

Needed a Vet that can attend to reptiles, more specifically, an aquatic turtle ASAP. Finally found this place online. The entire staff was most kind and very understanding. The Vet squeezed me in and agreed to see my little guy. I highly recommend this place. They are most reasonably priced as well. The lobby is clean, air conditioned, and spacious...im very happy to report that my little guy is doing good. Thank You!!
