Mi cita fue para las 10:30am y espere 1 hora para entrar a esperar a otro cuarto. Si no hay suficiente personal no deberían hacer tantas citas al día ?‍‍? solo por una vacuna para la rabia

Ok, so I’ve been here before when it was “affordable animal” I still used them, I’ve used them for years, when they changed or sold the business I was not happy. Took my dog who is suffering a skin issue and when I called they said, “you have a $50 charge for missing your appointment” I explained to them that was not me and that was my mother and her animal, they said that was fine and waved the fee and took me and my dog in for an appointment, came in and they saw my dog, great no issues there. When I called for a follow up appointment the woman who answered the phone said I had a charge and I explained that it should have been waived that I’ve been there before after that and it’s been settled, said she couldn’t make an appointment for me without paying I said, “Ok that’s fine” then she proceeded to hang up on me. I called again and said I was not happy with her service and still wanted the appointment, she then said she had none available. Great! Wish I would have taken her name down. Fast forward my dog’s condition is getting worse I call again, the other woman who took my call was much nicer but told me that there was a note on my file that I got into an argument with one of the workers. She said she would have one of the doctors call me back. They didn’t. Going somewhere else

Not a good experiance at all, I took my cat in to get his paw checked out, ended up paying $606 after all was said and done,I thought it was a bit excessive, feeling ripped off,and they did not ask my permission to do most of the stuff they did on my cat,not happy at all felt like the Dr. Took advantage of me, would not recommend this place,and further more they charged me for alcohol wipes I never used, and pain killer I never used,and like I said before they charged me for a lot of shots I didn't ok, I hope none of you go back to this place it's no longer affordable I suggest the vet by Costco which is where I will go from now on $606 to get my cat's paw checked out, fricken ridiculous!!!!!! I feel like I should get atheist half my money back!!!!!!

Called Tuesday got in on Thursday for vaccines needed for kenneling. No issues, everything went smoothly. Office visit was $50 compared to $70 at my other vet.

Five stars customer service experience since the moment I called to make an appointment, I was treated with kindness. My pet was treated with love, we definitely had the best veterinarian and customer service experience, staff is very professional and gave us options. Five plus stars, You guys are awesome!!!!

Everyone , Dr, Vet Techs, Office Staff were very kind and helpful and answered all my Questions. And allowed me to assist in holding my Chihuahua( Grouchy) as they trimmed his nails…

I love them and they treat me and my fur babies like family. The vet is the only one who had faith that my puppy could outgrow a condition I thank them for all their help and efforts

The staff at Affordable Animal Clinic are amazing. They truly care about animals. They went above and beyond to take care of our cat after she had eaten a needle and thread. They are very affordable without sacrificing the quality of service they provide or their professionalism. I highly recommend this place for your pets medical needs.
