This was my first time here. I needed an inspection and this was the closest place to me. Everyone was so friendly! Got in and out quick. They even let me know that they do oil changes on my make/model vehicle! Most won’t so I appreciated that info. I will be coming back thanks!

Where do I even begin? These amazing people first off my inspection was incorrect not to their fault. It said my vehicle was a different vehicle. Originally, I thought the mistake had been made on their end. I got upset after waiting, and finally, after being what I would say, was rude to them from being upset and feeling as though they had made a mistake they still were kind. We figured out that the mistake was on the part of the people that give you the license plates. They had registered my license plates to two separate vehicles, mine and somebody else’s. Not only did they help me that crazy mess with beauty and grace Even when I apologize for my bad behavior, they graciously accepted it in the most humble manner. 100% these people deserve your business and you’re kindness.

6/13/2022 my car died while in a summer trip with my kids. I walked over to the Valvoline on VM 306 in New Braunfels. The associate walked back with me, tested my diagnostics and sold me a battery to get my car back on the road. The car broke down 2 blocks down the road but I just left it there and went to Schlitterbahn leaving my car there. I went back and got my car towed a few days later. Turns out it wasn't the battery at all but his customer service didn't even make me think twice about returning the battery or going back and mentioning it. Great service. We'll 2 years later it was the battery and I'm within my 3 year warranty. I live in a small town where we don't have valvoline but the nearest one is in Abilene, 76801 is my zip code look it up. Well I was on the phone with customer service trying to find the battery so I can get it replaced, I was transferred to this particular store in abilene by VALVOLINE customer service. Although it was the closest its still 90 miles away. The manager Danny wanted me to 1. Tow my car so he can see the battery in the vehicle 2. Drive my car to Abilene and risk breaking down, then having to tow my car. Neither made sense because the battery was smoking. We'll when asking to just speak to Danny, they said his phone wasn't working so we were having to use a medium. She finally transferred me to the escalation department who understood the situation and let me remove the battery and get a ride to abilene to do the exchange. They were great and quick. Keep in mind I never got to speak to this Danny person but I'm guessing the CSR rep told him I would be there that afternoon. I didn't get off the phone with escalations til 6 and they close at 730, It would have been impossible for me to make it in time, not did I ever even say I would try. So after dropping my kids off at school today, driving an hour and a half I get to Danny's store. He come in and greats me, then as soon as I say "yes I'm the guy with the battery from yesterday" he said " well your going to have to wait because I waited 45 minutes after closing for you". "Theres a donut shop or something down the street". So I asked if he wanted anything he said no on the way out not even looking at me. I went and ate bfast, came back and waited another 45 mins. Then when he comes in he said I don't understand why you chose my store when there's 4 closer to you. Once again my zip code is 76801, please look it up. I understand you were or might have been misinformed about me coming so you had to wait, but I never said I was coming. To anyone. This Danny guy cannot be the manager and treat people like this. It's ridiculous. It sucks that the awesome performance from one store completely ruins the whole franchise due to a weak, incompetent, actions of a little angry man like Danny.
