My 10 year old petite golden doodle had some issues. She had a dental where 4 teeth had to be removed. She seems better now. Also some growths on her back were removed. She has stitches. This is 2 days after surgery and she seems to be doing well. I am relieved to have found a good vet after recently moving to Redlands.

I had a terrible experience at this pet hospital. I brought my puppy in for a broken arm, and they immediately sent us to their emergency location, where we waited for an hour. A doctor charged us $160 just to tell us that the cost for an X-ray and bandage would be $2,000. When we mentioned that it was too expensive, they asked how much we could afford, and after stating under $1,000, they sent us back to their original location and charged us exactly $1,000 just for an X-ray, confirming that the arm was broken.

We were told to come back the next day for an adjustment, and after charging our credit card, they made the adjustment and asked us to return in two weeks for another X-ray. When we returned after two weeks, they informed us it was too late for any treatment and that we needed to take our puppy to another location in Irvine for a $7,000 surgery. When we asked for alternative options, they suggested amputating the leg without providing any reassurance or considering the fact that it was a puppy. They could have recommended a follow-up X-ray within a few days, not two weeks later!

This place seems to be solely focused on taking your money. They employ very young technicians who lack experience, education, and empathy for the animals. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for genuine care for their pets.

I live in the high desert near Joshua Tree and after receiving a surgery estimate locally for my pup who needed bladder stones removed that was exorbitantly high I brought Mr Littles here and not only received a much fairer estimate but the best customer service EVER! Mr Littles is now recovering from his surgery and I have 100% confidence in the care he received at Pet Hospital of Redlands. We are happy to have found our new veterinary home. Thank you PHR for everything you do!

The staff are absolutely professional and friendly. Diagnosis and procedural conditions are thoroughly and patiently explained. In incidents of having to euthanize our pets, the veterinarians and personnel are very empathic, helpful and understanding. We came in contact with Dr. Adams in an emergent situation, and since then have never turned back. I highly recommend them for all your veterinary needs.

Had to take my kitty to the urgent care a few days ago. The receptionists were extremely helpful and kind, taking all of my information before check-in was technically available so I could receive help before they were at capacity for the day. Despite being understaffed, I received all of the help I needed within an hour and a half, and was pleasantly surprised at the cost for the exams and treatment my cat needed (a little over $300 for the consultation, eye exams, and medicine, plus they accept carecredit). The vet himself was very gentle and understanding, making sure we knew exactly what was going on. I felt no pressure to pay for optional tests and treatments as the vet and technicians gave me time to compare prices.

Would highly recommend! In fact, while waiting, i chatted with a returning customer who also had nothing but good things to say about this clinic lol.

Thank you to Dr Cabrera and the staff at Pet Hospital of Redlands + Urgent Care. They helped us during a very difficult time.
We took our dog to urgent care in December when he wouldn't walk and our regular vet was closed.
Dr Cabrera did tests and x-rays and we were told our 11 year old pit bull likely had cancer and not arthritis. We were given prescriptions to help him be more comfortable and given options for follow up or treatment.
In May, our dog had a sudden decline and, again, we turned to Dr Cabrera when our regular vet was closed.
They went out of their way to accommodate us - even allowing our other dog to accompany us. They helped us say goodbye to Sapo. He passed away peacefully and we felt no pressure to hurry.
Thank you all for providing compassionate, comforting, and professional care for our sweet big boy.

I brought my Boston Terrier in to be seen with Dr. Adams and she was WONDERFUL! Not only did my sick dog respond so well to Dr. Adams sunny disposition but I felt at ease with her diagnosis and treatment plan. I left vet hospital feeling calm and hopeful. I brought one of my dogs here for the first time. It was easy to make an appointment using their online system. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff members were extremely nice and professional. Dr. Cabrera was also very nice and professional. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell or advise unnecessary treatments for my dog. I will definitely be going back in the future.
