I cannot recommend this Paws Into Grace enough. Moose Dog would have been 11 years old this month and his life was cut short unexpectedly. My heart is shattered and I wasn’t sure where to start when he was found to be dead. I did a Google search for pet cremation and Paws Into Grace was not the first on the list but I liked their website. I was comforted to know that the majority of their staff are either vets or vet techs and I felt this inexplicable peace when I was looking over their website.

We live over an hour away and the drive, to me, was well worth it. The staff is kind, compassionate, and patient. We showed up last minute on a Friday. They locked the doors as we came in so that we could have time and privacy to pet and cry over my Moose Dog. He smelled so bad like skunk because the night before he decided he wanted to catch a skunk (this wasn’t his first time). I apologized to the receptionist and she assured me it was not a problem at all.

As we were preparing to leave the receptionist told me it’s been taking around three weeks for them to prepare the cremains and items we ordered. They had him done in a week and a half. I ordered a paw print, a vial or hair clippings, and the biodegradable urn. We just moved to California and are living in temporary housing until we find the house we want to buy. Once we find our home I’ll bury Moose Dog, but until then he can stay in his biodegradable urn indefinitely.

Paws Into Grace, thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring. I loved my dog and am shattered without him. He was my psychiatric service dog years ago when I would blackout in public. He kept me safe and was able to ground me quickly. You took great care with him and showed an abundance of compassion. I’m glad I found you.

One of the best experiences during such a hard time. Dr Benson was kind and gentle with me, my daughter and our sweet dog Bow. She walked us through each step and gave us the time and space needed to grieve. We never felt rushed or confused. After two weeks we picked up our sweet girl’s memories and love how we are able to remember her so beautifully in our home.

After 14 amazing years with our best dog EVER, it was time to do what was right for our girl Daisy. Home is where she started her journey with us and home is where we wanted her to finish. Paws Into Grace made one of our worst days brighter. Dr. Caroline Seitz arrived at our home on schedule and walked us very patiently through the process. She treated both our family and Daisy with compassion and love. Daisy laid in our arms as Dr. Caroline Seitz administered the euthanasia process, explaining along the way of what was happening and what was going to happen. Our Daisy left us to go to heaven knowing she was loved and even made a new friend in the end. This was the most beautiful end to a story we never wanted to end. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Dr. Caroline Seitz and Paws Into Grace for making Daisy’s final moments here on earth peaceful.

We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved family dog and service animal, Lily. Dr. Klaus and the entire team showed incredible compassion and understanding throughout the entire process. Dr. Klaus treated Lily with the utmost respect and dignity, making sure she was comfortable and at peace in her final moments. His kindness and professionalism provided immense comfort to our family during an incredibly difficult time, especially to our daughter who has special needs. Lily was surrounded by love and support in her final moments, and was finally free of pain. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Klaus and Paws Into Grace for their support and care, and highly recommend their compassionate services.

We recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Bolt. We reached out to "Paws Into Grace" for their in-home euthanasia service, and we are profoundly grateful for the compassionate and professional care they provided from start to finish.

The entire process was smooth and straightforward. From our initial inquiry to the final moments, every step was handled with empathy and support. We called multiple times with numerous questions, and each time, they patiently answered with detailed information, suggestions, and unwavering support.

Dr. Mark Johnson, the veterinarian who came to our home, was nothing short of amazing. His calm demeanor and kindness made a world of difference during such an emotional time. He took the time to explain every detail of the process and never made us feel rushed. Dr. Johnson's presence allowed us to focus entirely on Bolt, knowing he was in gentle and caring hands. Remarkably, Bolt, who had been laying down all day, stood up to greet Dr. Johnson, wagged his tail, and licked his hands. This reaction spoke volumes about Dr. Johnson's calming and peaceful presence.

At the end of the procedure, David, the driver, arrived to help take Bolt away. He was courteous and respectful, treating Bolt with the utmost empathy. They carried Bolt gently, placed him on a gurney, and wrapped him in a soft blanket, ensuring he was handled with dignity and care even after he had passed.

We want to extend our deepest thanks to everyone at "Paws Into Grace," especially Dr. Mark Johnson and David. Your compassion, professionalism, and support during such a difficult time were immensely appreciated. You made a heartbreaking process a bit more bearable, and for that, we are truly grateful.

After the greatest 9 years of my life spending it with my best friend I had to make the heart breaking decision to say goodbye to my handsome boy. He never liked going to the vet and was reluctant to take him there but a friend suggested at home euthanasia and that’s when I found Paw into Grace. I’m so happy with this decision. They were kind and compassionate and caring. They know what people who call are going through and they handle each person with care. I had Dr. Michael Ishida come to my home. He was absolutely wonderful, Kind and compassionate. He made sure everyone was able to say their goodbyes and made sure my boy was as comfortable as he could be. He explained everything so well and I am so thankful for him to help me get through this sad ordeal. Thank you Michael and thank you Paws Into Grace.

I had to put my kitty down on 11/11/24 and I was devastated. The Paws Into Grace staff were extremely kind, compassionate and empathetic. They kept me updated on my appointment and the vet arrival time.
Dr.Campbell who came to help put my kitty over the rainbow Bridge, wow she was amazing. Talk about compassion and empathy. I cried and was beside myself and there was no judgment. She was so kind and hugged me when he finally passed. She even helped wrapped him up and offered to carry him to the burial site I made for him.
I'll never go back to the vets office again unless it's an absolute emergency. Thank you Paws Into Grace for making a hard moment a beautiful and peaceful moment for me and my kitty.
