Our experience was amazing at Village Square Portola Valley Veterinary Hospital. We took our dog in for a dental and all pre and post instructions were laid out and very clear. It made post procedure very easy. The staff was also very friendly and took the time to answer all questions before and after. Thank you to Dr. Moding and everyone who cared for our dog, and for us!

Everyone at this vet office clearly loves animals! They take such good care of my dog, and are very transparent about pricing before doing anything, which is different than a lot of places. We moved over 30 mins away and still come to this vet practice because we love them so much, despite the long drive!

Expensive and useless. I suspected they ordered unnecessary tests for my cat just for money. Their delays in treatment caused my cat's symptoms to worsen. Finally I switched to another vet service, and the new vet was able to immediately diagnose the cause and start treatment to mitigate the issue.

Our vet (Dr. Chase) was awesome. Our dog gets very nervous about being at the vet, but she spent tons of time (and treats) and got him to trust her. Bravo!

Village Square Vet is The Best! The staff always go above and beyond to be helpful. Bill St Lawrence is the best vet we've ever had. He's compassionate, caring and helpful. They have 2 convenient locations and we've visited both based upon the urgency of the visit. We highly recommend!
