I wish a NEGATIVE ZERO rating was an option!!! Horrible company!! Fraudulent and BBB has reviews and reports of sub-par business practices. Do NOT use UPS.

“Lost” package. Why do large corporations use this service when it is so terrible. Seller is just sending me a replacement. I called ups they were no help. They could probably afford regular ups fedex or USPS for the price of all the duplicate “lost” items they have to send out. It’s still very frustrating how with a tracking number they can lose a package nowadays. It’s been over two weeks since they updated tracking. Never had problems like this with regular shipping service. Im specifically avoiding sellers that use this service cause it takes way longer and no customer service available. Awful.

I am so mad. My package has been ordered since July 24th. It was sent out to UPS and has been sitting in Orlando Fl for the passed 12 DAYS. The tracking information says it’s enroute to USPS for induction and the post office definitely hasn’t received it because there’s no update on their website. This is so frustrating to me. This was a birthday gift for my friend. Customer service is terrible. No one is picking up the phone. I really hope they lose all their customers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Is UPS not planning on doing anything with this location after all these reviews? I’m experiencing the same issue they have been holding my package for 6 days stating its on the way to USPS but USPS has not received anything, tried calling the number on here and it says I’m calling at their non operating hours the whole day same message, what a joke this sorting location is, will definitely reach out to headquarters and make them aware of my issues and all these reviews, its just not right.

What a joke... they say, "our services can streamline, optimize, and synchronize your mailing process." In tracking a small bottle of cleaning fluid I ordered, it was sent from California to Florida in 3 day, no issue there. But when it arrived in St Augustine (where I live) on that third day it was transferred to the post office. The next day, 30th, it went to Orlando and was received for sort by destination UPS Mail Innovations facility. The last known location was later that same day where Package departed UPS Mail Innovations facility enroute to USPS for induction. It's the 1st of Nov and I have no other update on when it will arrive. The USPS web site says, "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item. The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on October 30, 2020 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available." Any time UPS hands off something to USPS my package ends up taking forever to arrive. Not sure when/if this will arrive, but not impressed with UPS Mail Innovations' streamlined, optimized, and synchronized mailing process!

I would not have even given 1 star, if it were possible. My package moved slowly with UPS, but at least I was able to see the updates on the website. However, the package was handed over to UPS Mail Innovations on July 16, which was a week ago, and there has not been any movement. I was advised by UPS that my package is likely lost.

This "less expensive shipping option" was no cheaper than regular UPS Ground service. The CSR was less than helpful and was not able to give me any information about the whereabouts of my package. He simply said, "your package is lost, you should contact the shipper."

Their service states"package will be tendered to the Post office within 48 hours of receipt" . My package has been sitting in their Orlando facility for nearly a week. Makes the service from BLUELINK seem spectacular. It seems like they just don't care about customer service.
