We were on our morning walk. As we arrived at our grass hill I let the leash go and slung the Frisbee. Layla took off in a graceful run. Just as she reached the disk she let out a loud cry. She turned around looking for me. When I was spotted, Layla started crying and as she gave me a sad look, Layla lifted her little paw in the air.

We've been together for 3 and a half years and I have never seen her with the facial expression she was showing me. She was looking for daddy to make the hurt go away. I couldn't keep the floodgate closed. As the tears were rolling down my face l picked Layla up and rushed my baby to Gentle Care, it was a block away.

This was our first visit and I was so grateful that they took Layla right in. The staff and doctor are very friendly and compassionate. I'm sure Layla's pain was visible in both of our eyes and the staff made sure both of us were comfortable and calm. Everyone there is great.

Everyone here has been great to work with. They have a great set of front of house staff and I've found their vets are really good at answering any of my questions. Very helpful and comforting when my dog passed in January, and I appreciate the help in understanding cat behavior and health when I unexpectedly got one a couple of years ago.

I don't usually do reviews but Gentle Care has earned it. Before bringing my then 8 week old pup Levi home, I have researched in the area for a vet clinic and have chosen Gentle care for good reviews. Indeed the good reviews are all true. My pup got sick when he was 9 weeks old and brought him to emergency and then a follow up check up with Gentle Care, Dr Lim was so helpful and informative. He addressed and handled all my concerns regarding Levi and was so happy that our pup recovered fast and is very well and healthy now. The staffs are also very helpful and friendly. We got the Puppy Package for all of Levi's vaccines and satisfied with all the services. Gentle Care Veterinary Hospital is highly recommended! You'll have a peace of mind that your fur-babies are handled properly with a tender loving and gentle care!

P.S. They have clean clinic rooms and lounging area too!

Gentle care is nice and clean, staff is awesome, I had been to a few veterinary, gentle care is the best! Front desk Betty and Sofia are friendly, Dr Yoon is professional and patient, service is great, reasonable price, my senior great dane was well taking care, i highly recommend

Great caring people. Vets and techs get to really know your dog. My 14 and 12.5 old pups are still going strong thanks to the vast knowledge and willingness to try different treatments.

I've been going to this vet pretty regularly for the last 3-4 years. Initially I had different doctors each visit which is hard to keep track of, but I was lucky to work with Dr. McKinney for a few months while they were on staff. I only recently met with Dr. Vaynberg but they have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my senior cats' health and I am so incredibly grateful.

Also, a shout out to the front desk staff! They are all great, especially Betty.
