Dr. Otterson and the staff- Crystal, Michael, Sam and Adam are all wonderful.

They took excellent care of my cat Milo. Milo means the world told to me and he was sick. I was very worried.

I brought him here, Dr. Otterson made us feel comfortable and showed a lot of compassion. Other places were quoting us outrageous prices but not here. The price was affordable and my cat is doing so much better.

I’m so grateful I brought him here. They eased my concerns and were truly caring.

They are terrific, wonderful, unforgettable and simply fabulous.

I highly recommend this facility.

Overpriced. Simple spay costs over $1000 and left large lump at surgery site. Refused to see my pet at follow up because the neglected to tell me to give animal sedative prior to visit costing me time off work for nothing. Will not be returning

Very caring, organized & clean clinic.
Everyone has been in a clinic that just has a wet dog smell.
This place didn’t depress you sitting in the waiting room with a horrid smell.
They have beautiful photos of all the employees pets covering the walls, all you could see the animals smile.

First time coming, Ive been hopping around because I’ve never been impressed with a vet office like this.

I’ve been to two West Covina clinics, La Puente, Baldwin Park, Fullerton, San Dimas & San Gabriel…I’m sure there are more wanted to name a couple

Customers actually chat with each other because the atmosphere encourages it.

Appointments aren’t 3 weeks out. Same day to three day waits which is completely reasonable as a human can’t get one for four weeks.
Reasonable prices. I’ve taken my Tortoise to an ophthalmologist, and I’ve taken my cat to the dermatologist. Of course as specialty offices, these places were much more money.

We took our 4 year old German shepherd in because she has separation anxiety and we've been working with her for almost 2 years but nothing has helped. This was our first visit here. The office is very clean and pleasant.The examination rooms have high tech exam tables that move up and down and weigh your pet as well. All the staff is very nice and caring. Dr.LeClair was professional and personable. Our dog was comfortable and calm, which is unusual for her at a vets office. After her examination we talked about different ways to help our dog and came up with some solutions. All and all we were very happy with the excellent service and care we received at Animal Hospital of Walnut.We will be bringing our dog back for all her health care needs and issues in the future.

What a great vet, I couldn't recommend them more. Doctor and her staff clearly do love the animals here and make sure us owners feel heard in our concerns. Our old girl Cheese lived to be 18 years old and she saw this doctor for the last few years of her life. We always got attentive service and compassionate care up until her very last visit. The whole family felt very supported by Doctor and her staff when it was time to say goodbye.

This review is long overdue but I wanted to express my sincerest gratitude to the staff at this animal hospital. We had to put our precious cat to sleep. He wasn't a regular patient here but he was treated with much love and compassion. Nothing can make this experience hurt any less but the caring staff made our last moments with our boy much easier. They were able to accommodate us with our final wishes and we were able to take the time needed to say good bye. I would like to thank Dr. Hoffman for being so gentle with our fur baby. We had never met her before but she was great. I would definitely bring my other pets to her. I would like to give our tech Heidi, special acknowledgement for everything she did for us. She went above and beyond for our Simba. The receptionist was also very kind. I would like to thank all of you for being compassionate to our fur baby.

Absolutely the best! The staff was extremely helpful and great with my two little guys. The Vet took special care for both my dogs and took her time explaining the exam. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend the animal hospital of walnut
