Dr. Audra is amazing with her knowledge and how she communicates with the patients (or should I say the PAWrents). She takes her time and thoroughly explains everything, I have never felt like she was rushing or had somewhere else to be. After surgery her office is wonderful about following up and answering questions. Very good pricing especially for spay and neuter. The front office is always so welcoming. Definitely a small-town-feel kinda office.

I took my English lop rabbit to be seen. 1 of his ears were crazy swollen with no outside marks indicating what caused it. The vet wanted to start him with antibiotics to try and save his ear. After 3 days he started eating on his own and he's spirits were up but his ear was WAY worse. I figured give it the entire 10 days for his antibiotics to work fully. After the 10th days his ear was hard as a rock and seemed dead. So I took him in again and they had to remove his ear ?
The surgery site looks very good and I recommend them for rabbits ?

These people really know reptiles. My only complaint is that they tend to reschedule their appointments a lot. They do it will in advance but it is still a bit annoying.

I dislike sharing positive reviews on places I prefer as it always leads to an influx of customers meaning harder for me to get an appointment when desired but the staff is more like family. Very supportive, knowledgeable, empathetic, friendly towards your pet and family. Love the care provided and clarity around needed care for your loved pet. A++ Thank your Critter Care!

There's nothing you could have done to make my experience any better! You were the only vet out of several that I tried to vaccinate my rottweiler. I'm 100% satisfied with Dr. D and the entire staff including receptionist. I highly will recommend critter care as the best vet care I've ever experienced! Thank you so much for getting this done for rocky and I!!

They always do a excellent job. Vets diagnosed and treat my Bichon. Also, did a great job with our puppy's check-up and Rabies shot.

If you love your pet don't do it. I was told But 3 different people did they were gonna do a school sample from my pet and send it to the lab This was on a Thursday I gave them time waiting till Monday and they said that that wouldn't be until Wednesday and if they hear anything sooner they would give me Nicole little did I know I wasn't going to get that call.. I waited till 2 o'clock on Wednesday to call them to give them a little bit of time So if the vet got there at 10 should be able to take a look when I called the reception is knew nothing about it and she informed me that they never sent a stool sample to the lab. She said they did not charge me for a stool sample and I was confused because I spoke to them for different times and they had told me that they sent the school sample to the paying for it wasn't an issue because before I even went in they told me a $150 for the check up and charged me $308 so obviously I was gonna pay and I thought I had by Wednesday they informed me that they didn't charge me so they didn't send in the school sample. Meanwhile my pet is not Getting any better. And they also charge me $30 for a couple of different shots each so $60 I knew they weren't going to do anything I was really more concerned about the school sample to see if I can getvanilla biotics but I paid for the little vitamin shots now I'm not even sure if they gave them to my pet. Since they lied about everything else the manager was supposed to call me back of course I never got that call back she made the poor reception as on Wednesday due to her dirty work spineless and heartless.
