One of the receptionists was nice, friendly, and greeted me when my puppy and I walked in. The other receptionist was rude, yelling at her fellow receptionist, and very snappy towards all of the patients waiting in the waiting room. When they administered shots for the shot clinic the receptionist (the rude one) came out and gave the shots in the lobby. I found this a bit odd as there was an open room nearby, I would've appreciated being brought into another room. Also, my puppy was given her first set of shots by her breeder and I had proof of the shots being given. But the receptionist said they wouldn't accept them as they were given to the puppy by her breeder, not a true vet. This honestly made me feel as though the business is trying to make me purchase another unneeded set of shots when I know very well that other vets offices will accept first set of shots as long as there is proof of vaccination.

At one time, I loved this place. Since Dr. Hannah moved, I have not been happy with them. I now drive out to Bakersfield where Dr. Hannah practices.
