We recently adopted this beautiful girl and realized the sutures from her spay surgery MONTHS before had not been removed. We called several places around town for support, but all of the other vets said they would need to complete a proper evaluation before doing anything about the sutures and that could take at least a week. Totally respectable, but our poor girl was in discomfort and I wanted to get the sutures out ASAP.

We called Round Hill and they told us to bring her in that day. It was scary for her (as most vets are for pups), but they were quick and kind. We had her home and suture free within an hour. Thank you!!

Dr. Carl Kelly helped save my dog. He was kind and his staff were really good at being helpful and caring. He referred me to the surgeon that was able to do the life saving procedure that saved my best friend. Akasha is alive because of this man. He and the staff at Round Hill are the best. Wow. So happy to find a vet in Tahoe that ACTUALLY LOVES THE PETS. And sets his prices super low for all visits. Best in the whole Tahoe are. He is super knowledgeable and patient and helpful. When a massive splenic tumor was discovered on my dog Josie during an ultrasound at an emergency clinic, I was quoted $10,000-$15,000 for the surgery. I had seen Dr. Kelly before for a few minor things so I had written his name on the emergency clinic's form. That same evening Dr. Kelly took it upon himself to reach out to me and offered to remove the tumor for around $1500. The surgery was skillfully done and Josie has recovered fully. Dr. Kelly and his staff really care about pets, and Round Hill Animal Hospital is the best veterinary clinic in the Tahoe area, hands down. Josie and I cannot express our gratitude enough!
