Friendly staff. My dog had her teeth cleaned, had some coughing afterwards. Staff returned my phone call and spent quality time discussing the situation and what to do. Simply put, it seems they genuinely care, and that's what good service is all about.

Amazing staff and Dr! I was not able to get an appointment at our regular vet For over a week!. I called all over the valley. Acacia Animal Hospital squeezed me in the next day. I am so grateful and appreciative of their kindness and excellent service for my sick senior dog. I highly recommend them for your pet needs. When nobody else could, they came through. Thank you!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!! They almost are NEVER at the location. Your dog will be abandoned in a kennel, they don't walk any of the animals, they will be gone ALL DAY, show up at 10:30 at night to feed them (hopefully) dogs are always barking and whining. At all hours of the day and night. Currently being investigated by animal control. I've never seen a boarding company with neglect like this. Needs to be shut down immediately.

Best veterinarian hospital, gave us hope for me and my son Ilashajuan for our Siberian Husky Wolfie ?they gave us hope when the other Veterinary Clinic didn't our dog was really really sick and this place gave us hope I put a emphasis on Hope because we thought our dog was going to die we appreciate the doctor at The Acacia Animal Hospital awesome great describes her and I only have the opportunity to speak to you on the phone God bless you.

I presented my dog to Acacia Animal Hospital on Friday with blood in her urine. They took her and had her for several hours. they called and told me to pick her up. When I did, the girl came out to get my credit card and finally brought my dog back out. They said they had to run tests. I was not given anything to help my dog and nobody gave me any advice. I did not see or speak with the doctor and did not receive a phone call. On monday I had to call them to get some information. Also, I wanted to let them know how displeased I was that nobody told me they had shaved my dogs neck for a procedure that was not given and they didn't tell me about the shaving. I found it when I was brushing her and the area was badly rashed from being shaved too closely. I finally got a call from the doctor on Monday afternoon. she said I would receive a call from her staff when I should come pick up her medication. By 4:30 I called them to find out if it was ready. I found out then that the office closed at 3:00. Fast forward to this morning. Office opens at 10:00. I called at 10:30. I keep getting the answering machine but can't leave a message because the "mailbox is full." Since I'm already in the hole $209.00, my back is to the wall. I'm relatively sure they won't give me a refund. But here it is 4 days later and my dog is still suffering. The reason I went to this place is because I could not get an appointment with my dogs usual vet, Dr. Runde in Perris. I do not recommend this office and I will not be using them again. Very poor customer service!
