I highly recommend bringing your pet here. Dr. Jeremy was trustworthy, I knew from the moment I met him. His staff is very kind as well. I am bringing my new puppy here for her upcoming spay surgery. I am so over the moon happy that they did bloodwork to ensure she is healthy before doing her spay surgery this Friday. I like how they offer a pre-op appointment prior to her surgery. They also offer a cold laser to promote healing. I also completely appreciate how they offer medication for the day before as well. During the visit today, while discussing the surgery, Dr. Jeremy was very thorough and even sat with me to talk to me about my puppies oral health and offer training tips for her puppy biting challenges. The clinic was extremely clean and tidy as well. The assistants were very sweet. I’m very grateful that I came here and fully trust the doctor and staff. I don’t have any worries about her upcoming spay surgery after meeting them today.

I love ACC of Pingree Grove. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The Vet technicians are great to work with, they are caring, funny and efficient. The Veterinarians are caring, thorough and excellent at their jobs. The prices are reasonable and I can always get in quickly if needed.

I quite appreciate ACC Of Pingree Grove. My pup has been going there since I rescued her at four months of age. They have always gotten me in for any urgent matter and have always treated any issue promptly and effectively. They are really good at adhering to their appointment times as well. Here’s a picture of my goofy girl for tax. She is not a fan of other people touching her, But she does quite well with Dr Baitman and the staff. That speaks volumes.

I would actually give them zero stars if I’m honest. I’m quite disappointed in the way this vet treated us. We established care with them for our Doberman puppy for their puppy package. First visit we felt the judgement from the vet in regards to our puppies cropped ears. Which if you do your research every ethical breeder will already dock & crop the Dobermans ears and tail. Especially if you are going to train them it helps prevent injury during training. So then we were told we had to go elsewhere to have the sutures removed, mind you the original breeder and vet that did surgery is 3 hours away which we told ACC that. This was 2 months ago and her ears healed perfectly and no issues. Just recently she had wounds on her ears which were totally unrelated to the cropping surgery and they refused to care for our puppy. After we told them it wasn’t due to the surgery and that we were concerned for her wounds, they still would not see our dog and suggested we go back to the breeder we got her from which again is 3 hours away. So we had to again scramble around calling other vets to see who would help treat our dogs wounds. That was neglecting care and just absurd how her own vet refused to care for her. I will not be recommending this vet to anyone and we will no longer be taking her here. Shame on you ACC Pingree Grove.

Dr. Bateman is really a knowledgeable and caring Veterinary Doctor and I trust him. Also, the staff at Animal Care Clinic in Pingree Grove has always been friendly and responsive, and my Dog Rylee is very pleased with being a patient there. I'm pleased I decided to change from our previous Veterinary Doctor.
