They were great! I brought them a little stray that I found and wanted to keep. They seemed excited that they had a little kitty in the office and I found that adorable. Very professional, easy to understand, and able to answer my questions. I felt very secure in the knowledge that my pets would be safe here. 10/10 👍✨

To the team: My kitty's name in your system is "Stray Dark Brown Cat" but I thought y'all would like to know that she has a name now and it is Evelyn. 😊

Great care. Brought my 13 year old, male, Siamese mix and was put at ease by an obviously compassionate staff. They asked questions in order to get a comprehensive understanding of my kitty's history and current health. They commutated everything very clearly, from what I needed to know about my baby's care, to how much everything would cost.
They were also human health conscious and picked him up at the door while I waited in the car. We were able to have a video call via Duo so that I could see how he was doing and see the veterinarian who was working with him before they performed the examination and the procedures.
I'll be taking my other Kitty tomorrow and I feel very good about it.

The staff I interacted with, Tiffany- tech, and Doctor (can't remember name) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I was concerned about letting my cat go into the building w/o me (due to covid restrictions) because he's usually scared of strangers, but he did well and was taken care of. They went above and beyond with all the info and reccomendations shared, and even plan to call me tomorrow to check in. They're our new vet of choice. 🙂

Veterinary care is fine, but severely lacking in customer service. You cannot make an appointment over the phone, so don't bother trying. You will have to fill out a request and multi-page questionnaire every time you want or need to have any interaction at all. Once you do fill out the form, they are supposed to call you, but if you work and can't answer immediately, expect to play phone tag in order to do business. If you don't receive a call and you contact them, they will claim to have called, even when you don't have any missed calls or voicemails. When you tell them this (and verify phone numbers) they become very defensive and suggest you find a new practice because they know they called (and probably dialed the wrong number) and you're being difficult. They also don't want kids or more than 2 people per exam room, so don't bring the family. They also will not see more than one pet per visit, even once established. And that's just a few of the more unfavorable things that we've experienced. Honestly, they don't make any effort to get to know you or your pet, it was probably the coldest of interactions I've had with any veterinary care. And they just make it extremely inconvenient to make any appointments. We have a farm with many pets and farm animals so we have plenty of interaction with veterinary care in the area. Simply put, I would not recommend if you expect kind, friendly, and accommodating customer service.

I ended up taking my boy Bluey here after he got hurt and everyone here was very nice and friendly and they took good care of us while we were there. We definitely will be back in the future.

Recently visited with my Coonhound who was a new patient. Access has a very organized system for setting up the appointment which I loved! I filled out a questionaire/info online when setting up the appt which saved time from having to do it at the vet's office since my dog is a new patient. This allowed me to walk right in their front door for our appt and straight back to the room with my dog vs having to sit in the waiting room with her (she is too vocal for that, lol). So it was much appreciated. They sent a text and email for the appt confirmation so with one click, it was confirmed. They sent texts with important info (but didn't spam me with specials, promotions, or products, etc). Just a couple of texts with relevant info regarding her appt (before and after). And also a follow up text to see how my dog was doing. She was only there for vaccines and a wellness check, yet they still followed up. I appreciate how organized they are. All staff I met were professional and kind. We met Dr. Beneigh and I loved her; she was sweet, relaxed and easy going. I'm just so impressed with the details of this appointment from before, during and after. I have never had such a good experience at a vet, EVER! Highly recommend!😀

I have taken my pets here for 3 years now and I dread if I ever have to find another vet. Always so kind and always show me prices and tell me their plan before they start.
