This was the first time that I have been to this particular clinic and it was such a pleasant experience. Bella, my cat, was relaxed and seemed quite happy and intrigued with her new surroundings. She made herself at home on the scale and didn’t even blink when they took her temperature Rectally. Quite unusual. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and caring for my pet and I appreciate all of their help. I had trouble getting her out of my car and the people in the clinic saw that And came out and helped carry her in and later carried her back out again. And I so appreciated this , I really appreciate this clinic and will continue to use them for my cat.

I have been through cancer and the ending of life with one dog. The diagnosis of diabetes with another. My senior kitty gets arthritis shots every month. Dr. Maleki and staff have been extremely caring, kind and knowledgeable with all their care and service. I feel that my animals are and have been in the absolute best hands possible. I'm eternally grateful to everyone at Ada Veterinary. I highly recommend their services.

Ada Vet is always great about getting us in and out in a reasonable amount of time, the staff is amazing and the prices are better than our previous veterinary office by a lot. They seem to really care about their customers.

ADA Vet Hospital is the best practice I have found for my pets. All of the doctors are great (my dog and I like Dr. Betts a lot!). Receptionists are friendly, wait times don't exist, and prices are very reasonable. Check them out in Boise or Meridian.

We were able to get a quick appointment when some other providers, including our usual vet, were completely booked. The experience with the provider was better than we could have hoped. They were very thoughtful, kind, and professional. They were able to diagnose the problem and provide options. Much appreciated. We have another veterinarian we have seen for years, but we will definitely keep Ada Veterinary Hospital on our phone list.

I can’t thank Ada Vet Hospital enough for taking care of my two dogs. Both have been given such great care and I’ve always been treated with the best customer service. They don’t push products on me, provide me detailed estimates and always allow me to ask my questions about treatments, food, medications, you name it.

Avoid this facility like the plague. I would give a negative if I could.Totally a money grab. Dr Betts is more salesperson than vet . When our dog needed a procedure they gave us a range that was nearly 500 apart. Amazingly it came in just a few dollars below the max. Imagine that ! Our dog had some teeth removed and something went wrong during the procedure and they kept her way longer than anticipated . When we called after a few days later they said" give it a few more days". Had they had us come into the office things would have certainly been different. They had us wait another week and she was in renal failure. They could have seen her and had the knowledge that she was failing. It's all about the money here. Our dog passed last night and we believe it's their dollars only attitude is why .

Friendly and professional. My cat is not a fan of going to the vet, but they are very good at quelling his anxiety and making him feel comfortable. I highly recommend.
