Karla helped get someone out for estimate with quick turnaround. Matt was awesome and very knowledgable. He checked our attic and gave us an honest assessment which is hard to find these days. From start to finish there was great communication, honest and kind service and all at a reasonable price. As long as Karla and Matt are there, I will always go to ADC for my pest problems!

We had the best experience with ADC! We had a bat issue in our attic. I called and spoke with Karla and she had Matt at our house the next day! Karla was very helpful with all my questions. Matt even came out on a Sunday evening to check things out! He took care of our issue and we couldn't have been more pleased! Highly recommend ADC!!

ADC has five star reviews for a reason! They are an absolute dream to work with. My husband and I were originally lured by one of the big chains with a free estimate and inspection, but ended up getting quoted for about ten times more than what we ended up paying with ADC. Not only is ADC upfront and fair about their pricing, they are extremely knowledgeable— it is overwhelmingly clear that Matt, Karla, and crew have been doing this a long time and are the best for a reason. Truly, we would work with ADC again in a millisecond. The greater Champaign county area is SO lucky to have them as one of our treasured local businesses!! Thank you, ADC!

I was impressed with ADC – knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly. Got right to work and took care of my raccoon issue, then did a great job cleaning up. Great customer service from Karla in the office too.

Matt and Karla are amazing! I was out of town when we realized we had bags in the house. I called another company and the estimate was over $17x. I was overwhelmed and concerned with the situation. Matt and Karla were referred to me and I called them. They were out within 24 hours and gave me an estimate that was reasonable and affordable. Matt came out several times and also talked to me on the phone to ensure he was able to help. Matt got the bat cones up quickly and within a few days the bats were out of the house. Matt then came back to finish the work. Overall I would give Animal Damage Control a 12/10!!!! They were timely, effoans great to work with.

what a wonderful, kind, and caring business. i live out of state and learned that my grandmother had a raccoon in her house. ADC went above and beyond, from their quick response to keeping me updated from afar, we couldn't have called a better company. thank you again, Karla and Matt!
