One of the best experiences I ever had in an ER they were very professional, the front desk was very friendly, the nurses and staff very pleasant, and every question I had they answered very professional. The Doctor Washington was awesome too! He ask me a lot of questions he listened to EVERYTHING I said and did all the test that needed to be done. This location is pretty new is very clean and the wait time was 0 like as I was giving the information to the front desk lady and the nurse was picking me up to put me in a room like this fast! I went there Monday at 4pm. I was here for only 2 hours! They did Labs, Ultrasound, CTA, EKG

This Emergency room is very nice. GREAT location. The first 2 staff members I encountered were very professional and courteous. When I was placed in a room. There were 3 nurses that came in fast and hurried me up with my answers to the questions they asked. 1 even answered my question for me. So 2 of them left, and a guy just walked in and leaned over the computer stand as if he was just hanging out with the nurse. Never introduced himself. I am finally able to tell them that I have a DDS. Apt next week but that I am in a lot of pain and my face is swollen with infection from a bad tooth. This nurse had the nerve to say to me this. " This is an emergency room, ER. We don't do teeth here" I said so you're not going to treat me for the infection. She said " do you know you have an infection" I said" yes I do know, " then she really had the gall to say to my face " the Dr. will decide that but we aren't going to give you pain medicine, only antibiotics" I said " that's all I need" then they both walked out of the room all smug and shut the door. The Dr. Came in, treated me with respect, kindness and compassion. I was given 3 pills right there and one of them WAS for pain. Who are they to judge me. I wasn't begging for drugs, I wasn't filthy with track marks, I didn't smell bad. The only reason this place gets 3 stars is because of the staff before those 2, and Dr. Bedside manners, and your not the Judge should be mandatory classes for the unprofessional nurses. This was the 1st time I've had to use that facility. I won't be back any time soon.

Nurses are great. Facility is clean. Dr. Anilus, however is a cold fish. She walked into the room with no smile or greeting. Told me it was probably covid (which it wasn't) and when I asked her what I should do if the fever continued to increase her response was "everyone gets better unless they are hospitalized". What a bedside manner?!

Stopped in to inquire about getting blood work. Not at this time it is a full ER beautiful clean inside can't wait for the rest to be built. Nice people at the front counter.

I don't like doctors. I despise hospitals. I can't stand when they play guessing games and offer solutions that agent even close to what will fix it. Now i have an exception to those opinions!. Visiting from out of town. Nothing major... but the staff was quick and attentive, very thorough, got to the answer quick and recommended the path to find the concern quickly. This place is great! Never thought I'd day that about an ER. Advent health has taken great care of my family members that live here. And now they've added me to their list of fans from out of town.

Amazing Hospital. From the staff, nurses and Doctor. I couldnt have asked for a better experience for my 4 year old. We spent about 70 minutes there and it included the nurse taking information down, the doctor checking on him 2 times, test swabs, results and discharge. Will definitely be bringing my son here from now on for emergencies!!

Since moving from up north, I’ve had a hard time finding a provider for emergencies that meets the needs and qualities I’ve once had. After being introduced to this location, I am extremely happy. from the front desk to being walked to the back into their nice clean rooms and the staff who is extremely welcoming. I just felt like I was back home. I cannot thank you enough.
