My wife and I moved to the area about two years ago for work. During that time we have both had to visit the ER here for a variety of reasons. In all the cases of coming in they were non-life threatening. I mention that to say I can understand if the staff would consider our issues less of a priority than other people coming into the ER. However, that was not our experience at all. The staff was always professional, communicative and addressed our issues in a pretty reasonable time frame. Between smashing my finger up, to kidney stones, to respiratory illness.... each time we felt the staff were kind and reasonably prompt. We are grateful to the team, especially being relatively new to the area.

I received excellent care at this facility. My first visit was to the ER and the staff were compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, & kind. The facility was very clean and modern.

My second visit was for day surgery, & again the staff was wonderful. As soon as we walked in, we were politely asked about our visit, and then given directions. I was very happy with my physicians, nurses, and other staff. I highly recommend this care center!

This was probably the best hospital experience i’ve ever had. Triage was so nice and understanding. Nurses and the man that did my CT-Scan made me feel safe and very comfortable. I got in so quickly as well and they listened.

February 10, 2025 I took my pregnant daughter to Good Sheperd ER at 130 in the afternoon. She was in horrible pain and was very constipated and wasn't sure I'd that was the problem or something with the baby. They took her to do blood right away and then we waited untill 5pm to get an ultrasound. There were at least 25 to 30 other people waiting. One guy was on the floor almost in tears from back pain and another guy was laying on a couch puking his guts out for 3 or more hours. After the ultra sound we waited another 2 hours to see a doctor. Baby is fine but pregnancy constipation is bad because you can't take certain meds. We left at 830. This is unacceptable. I hope I never have to go there again!
