I have been going to Agape Animal Center for quite a long time now, I have taken my own cats and some feral cats and dogs over the course of that time. The girls are so helpful and take a lot of time with you. Dr. Hayden is very professional and helps it always that he can also. I will continue to use agape as long as I have animals. It’s a excellent place to take those pets that you love.

My dog Ace went in for a visit last week and we received amazing care and attention from Dr. Hayden and the staff! We moved to Panama City recently and they were able to get Ace booked within a week from when I called. They were also very accommodating when I let them know we were running late the day of the appointment. Ace was a little restless when we arrived but the staff took him to the back to play while my husband filled out paperwork. Dr. Hayden made sure that our questions were answered and provided great advice as well. Overall thank you to everyone at Agape!

I wish I could be amongst the five star reviews, but sadly, our first visit with this animal hospital wasn't up to par, and we are very unhappy.
We visited on 12/26 with our new kitty, who we just adopted the previous Saturday. We came in with concerns for her liquid diarrhea and itching.
Front desk earns a star for being kind and helpful- nothing went wrong there, both upon arrival and departure. Our first check-in was smooth.
Our veterinarian, McCall, also gets a star because she was knowledgeable, helpful, extremely thorough with directions on medication that was being injected and prescribed, and overall was courteous and gentle towards our scared kitty, who is in a lot of pain.
Where this falls flat on the face, is the attendant who was more in the room with us than Ms. McCall. I didn't catch her name, but she was blonde with pigtails.
Immediately, she comes into the room and talks incredibly loud- I try to explain what was happening with our kitty, (her bum is very sore from the leaking and licking), but was cut off and bluntly talked over. I then proceed to explain that she was a little filthy from her diarrhea, and say she has a grooming appointment later in the day, and she tells me: "Who grooms a cat?"- Not professional, rude, insulting.
She proceeds to go get a thermometer to get our kitty's temperature- which, with her being so sensitive, immediately freaks out when it's lightly inserted and goes to bite/claw at the attendant. She is shocked and says, "She tried to bite me and scratched me!"- where my fiancé, who is helping hold her down, bluntly says, "she has no teeth..." -- Please honestly be real, at what animal clinic do you not expect to sometimes get that reaction from pets, especially sticking the thermometer where you have to. At this point, when she leaves the room, we discuss walking out and going somewhere else, but we were desperate for medicine.
A little while later, we see McCall with the attendant- who is now wearing the protective cat gloves. McCall gently approaches our kitty and soothes her while inspecting- (thank you for having the decency)- and talks to us about options, listens to me, and reviews the photos I took of her stools.
Kitty now needs a steroid shot, fluids, and a pill. TLDR: The attendant is the one administering the shots to her. She pokes her, kitty moves because of discomfort. She pokes her again, and then vocally worried about "going through her with the needles", because she is so skinny and dehydrated. In the middle of kitty receiving fluids, my fiancé and I noticed her fur getting wet- and Surprise, we try to say something but the attendant is speaking SO loud to McCall that we have to SHOUT over her to grab her attention to it.
Now comes steroid shot. Kitty takes shot initially fine, but near the end she gets uncomfortable and moves. The attendant sighs and says, "Well- now I have to poke you again." By this time, I do NOT want her to touch our cat further. My fiancé and I are furious.
The only true saving grace is McCall. They scheduled us for a yearly check-up, but we will NEVER be back to this place.
