Es lamentable que proporcionen un horario de atención y que no sea respetado. Fui antes de las 5 y mencionaron que termina la atención a las 4. Ojalá actualicen la información.

Update. As of 5/22/24 I still have not received my medication. I don't think the receptionist knows what she's doing. It's the same voice. Some should check her work . Argued with me telling me I never called or left messages. That's a lie and I have proof. I have to agree with the comment below. It's been ten days since my visit I have yet to get my prescription. I have not heard anything from the doctor clinic NO ONE. I have now found another clinic to get services.

Horrible costumer service, waited for 1 hour to pick up my medication just for them to tell it wasn't ready and that i needed to wait more, after they called me the day before telling it was ready for pickup. The worst part is that is always the same problem of delays every time i go there is like they just don't care specially the bald old man with the nasty attitude

This office is extremely ignorant. I call concerning my lab results and they try to force a visit to find out. I tell them I've moved so I can't and I must know if everything is ok, they then place on hold for no one to answer. The pharmacy for AHF is excellent however the doctor office would be zero if able. I recommend this doctor office to no one.

This is now my 7 the day without my medication. Doctor is just not responding. Calling is a joke. I am now switching to another clinic so disappointed.

I haven't had good experiences with healthcare providers (I had pharmacists ask invasive questions that should be under the scope of care of a doctor). I have Also received bills without memos explaining what hey were for. The Primary care provider was good and seemed to take a holistic approach to my medical care.
