Dr. Jackie and staff are great. You can really tell how much Dr. Jackie and the team love and care for the animals they treat. I've never seen a vet sit on the floor with a dog to enjoy some doggie love and kisses. Really heartwarming. Always a pleasant experience all around.

WOW! A big THANK YOU to the team at Aina Hou for gettjng our Dairy Goat in last minute for a case of Mastitis. Fun and friendly staff, nice facility and reasonable pricing! If we lived in Waimea we'd switch our whole team of furry friends over to them! ?✨

They are the Best by far. When we first started using them we had an after hours emergency and they were the only Vets out of 8 that we called to call us back. They have seen us through several emergencies, and the loss of beloved fur babies(I have several fur babies!) They have always been kind, compassion and understanding. I will never take my pets anywhere else!

In reference to the bad review from a breeder, I am a breeder and have found Dr. Jackie and her staff to be absolutely wonderful to me with their compassion, availability and competency. Dr. Jackie has walked me through some complicated situations and she went way out of her way for us. They always answer any of my questions and get right back to me.

It says call anytime 24/7. Well I did two days in a row for our dog with IVDD in excruciating pain that could be dying and both times the on call answering service said there was no one to answer and that we were welcome to contact an emergency vet of our choice. If I hadn't called every vet on the island already maybe this would have brought me comfort. Didn't even give me a suggested vet to call. They should change their listing to say emergency 24/7 unless we happen to be taking the weekend off.

Wonderful experience! Brought in our goat, vet was kind and knowledgeable. Staff is amazing! You can tell they love animals and love what they do. Highly recommend!

Not an animal person. But my lovely wife is. So for Christmas santa left her a gift a Miniature Dachshund named Sir Cypress. Had to get his 2nd round of shots. Dr Jackie and staff were amazing. Danielle at the front desk with so much Aloha. The vet tech Kala was so awesome with Sir Cypress. I would recommend the #AinaHouAnimalHospital

Nothing bad to say about this animal hospital! Very sweet and compassionate individuals. All of them! Front desk to vet techs and doctors, very caring. First time bringing my old doggy here but from now on I’ll be going to them:)
