Our heat pump recently kept on stopping while trying to heat the house with the air gutter open. Billy, one of the technicians, came over yesterday to take a look and fixed our issue. He was really friendly, helpful, and informative. He arrived ten minutes early before the scheduled appointment time, and he also re-routed the sensor on the heat pump to give a more accurate reading. He gave me some useful advice to prevent any problems in the future.

We contacted Aire Serv at approximately 10am with a somewhat urgent request to have our ducts cleaned (within the following couple of days). By 11:30am that same morning, Dwayne and Josiah were knocking on our door ready to help. So fast! They were very personable, very knowledgeable and very patient. They were efficient and gave us updates along the way. They even assisted us with questions we had about parts of our heating/cooling system that they weren't there to fix! If we're ever in need of a system cleaning or repair again, Aire Serv will be the first we call!

Austin and Rylan seem very professional and familiar with our equipment. We had multiple problems with our system that probably stem back to the original installation plus some normal where and tear. They did what they could today and the other problems are in the process of being fixed. Thank you guys for your thoroughness and troubleshooting skills.

We live in a heritage home that needed to upgrade its heating to help with incredibly high heating bills. That's where the Aire Serv team came into play. And by team, I mean a very well oiled machine where multiple layers of support came together to make this huge job happen. And even though I asked many questions along the way, and technicians stopping by multiple times after the install to address my concerns/learning curve, they were always happy to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly smile. If you are looking for a team of professionals for your heat pump needs I highly recommend Aire Serv.

Excellent service. They responded to my request quickly, arrived when they said they would, did a thorough and professional job and took the time to explain to me what they were doing and and why I didn't need to spend as much as I thought I would have to. (When does that ever happen?) This my go-to HVAC choice.

I had no heat. I called numerous outlets and everyone was too busy. I called Aireserv. No one was available however a tech would come after his scheduled appointments. He was terrific. He had my heat going and even did a clean up of the furnace. Exceptional service.

So, first off? Stellar service. Today (Aug 8th, 2024) at approx. 12pm/12:15pm we had Dwayne Cross and Josiah Schweyer come to our home in Brentwood Bay to clean out our dryer vents and connections. Not only were they prompt, honest and efficient but they were hugely personable. Dwayne was very amiable, knowledgeable and eager to please; Josiah was fantastic too and he actually CAUGHT an issue that could have caused problems for us down the road and hastily fixed it. The rapport between these two was excellent. I am hugely pleased with the services rendered by these two gentlemen and I hope Aire Serv recognizes their efforts accordingly. Overall, in our dealings with Aire Serv over the years, they've been nothing but professional, honest and helpful. Highly recommend!!
