We are landlords and have had nothing but great experiences and service from Aire Serv. We recently had many A/C problems that no other company could fix, we were charged fees to diagnosis and blatantly lied to by multiple big companies about what needed to be done for lots of $$$.
Aire Serv was recommended to us and they were upfront, thorough, trustworthy and affordable, in the end they were able to fix our A/C with no run around. What an amazing service ! It was one of the hottest months in Arizona, and with no hesitation, they came out to inspect my AC unit. With full transparancy , great customer service, they spoke to me, and i had my AC on that same day quickly and efficiently. This was by far the best service I have experienced with an AC company. Narence and Aire Serv of Tempe are AMAZING! I have had him out on multiple occasions for a repair or just to service my unit to keep it cool during the hot months over the past several years. Once during an emergency he came by in the evening on the weekend. He was quick to respond to help me get my house to a manageable temperature. The guys at AireServ Tempe are the best. The last three times I called them out to the house they showed up right away, and they didn’t try to upsell me or have me get a new unit. Even though I know my unit is old, they fix the unit and explain to exactly what the issue was and ask me to call them back up in a few months to check on it. Super helpful and accommodating. Good people!!

They are THE BEST. I had someone come out to look at my unit 2 different times. I paid for the inspection and supposedly repairs. But it still wasn't right. After Narance came out, it has worked perfect ever since!!!!
