We’ve been taking our pets here for years. Just brought my 2 cats back in after the re-opening and was nervous because my older one is usually pretty mean and tough to work with. My younger one had no issues and was examined and vaccinated quickly. I had to come back in the next day with my older one after some Gabapentin and it was quick and painless for everyone and they saw him first thing in the morning. The new vet is very kind! Happy they were open again in time for our annual visit!

I had such a great experience at Allure. The staff were all very kind and professional, and I was really impressed by the doctor. He did a thorough exam on my dog despite just being there for repeat bloodwork to maintain meds. The doctor was obviously very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be bringing all of my pets there.

This was some of the best care I’ve ever experienced for a pet. They got us in very quickly to see a Vet, and our Vet was so sweet, and caring, and understanding of our financial situation.
Our sweet cat is 17 years old with a lot of health issues that just recently came up, and the doctor was great at explaining our options, and so caring and compassionate when talking about potential end of life options. I will recommend these fine folks to anyone and everyone who loves their pets as much as my wife and I do.

Took my cat there in March due to rapid weight loss and not acting right. Paid $600 for an exam and blood work. Was told I would get a call if there was a problem. No call. I called and emailed multiple times to then get an email that they were sorry but the Veterinarian left the practice. Finally 2 days ago I called and got a live person. Spoke with the vet and my cats blood work was in fact NOT OK. The vet urgently told me I had to bring my cat in ASAP for more blood work. I moved heaven and earth to get her there and be assured that I would be contacted in the morning. Again, NO CALL. So I called and left more voicemails. Turns out they are actually CLOSED on Fridays. So to date I have paid over $1000 for terrible customer service and still have a sick cat. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I am taking my animals elsewhere.

They have been amazing and incredibly supportive with me and my girl dog. She gave puppies, had a couple of stillborns, and wasn't doing well. They found her uterus has ruptured and was bleeding into her abdomen. They worked on her for hours. Thanks to them, my Almendra is alive when she had a minimal chance of surviving. If I could give them a rating of -5 stars, I would! It was the most disgusting experience with the clinic and its staff. I called to inquire about a procedure for my dog, but they simply hung up the phone twice and refused to speak with me because I am a foreigner. They didn’t want to listen to my English and didn’t like how I spoke. My English is good enough to communicate with doctors and discuss any topic with people; I think they just don’t like foreigners and treat them that way on purpose.
