5 stars on the care....2 stars on price. We have boarded dogs there for 3 vacations.......this one we were quoted one price via email.....they know our 2 dogs.....upon pickup they charged $200 more than quote. Will be looking for alternative care.

This VET I would not recommend to my worst enemy. I had to put my best friend down of 15 years. She was blind, swelling with fluid and had labored breathing. He did not give any sedation, muzzled my baby made her terrified which if she was sedated would not of happen. Proceeded to push phenobarbital without knowing he was in her vein. She suffered and was terrified for a good 5 minutes till he slowly walked out to draw up another syringe full. This time he felt and made sure she had her vein. The sounds she made and what she did won’t leave my head. Beware using him. He will cut corners with you babies.

Was told the estimate of 200-300$ for a surgery that if my cat didn’t get would kill her. Drove 40 minutes there and another 40 home just to be told the actual estimate is 800-900$ which they knew I couldn’t afford. The room I waited in was sticky, the chair and floors. They charged me like 160$ for a test the appointment and antibiotics that they said would get rid of her infection. It didn’t. Thank god Rescued in moline was able to help, since I spent the 200$ I basically had on gas, and a pointless appointment. Basically wasted. Dr was really cocky and full of himself. Didn’t even check the stool sample dr wanted.
