No issue is too big or too small. They have taken care of our pets for years and we recommend them to all of our lake clients when asked for a Vet reference. Alexander City Veterinary Clinic is the best.

I love taking my dog Fiji here. Best veterinary in town. Reasonable priced, takes good care of your pet. Everything done as requested. Fiji loves going here also. Next time consider taking your pet here, I recommend.

My friend took her elderly dog that had a tumor in his head. He was screaming with pain.they wouldn't do anything for him
He had to be put down in Jasper the next day after suffering all night.
I never would expect a vet to be so uncaring.
It's a shame they are in bu.
Nevervtakbyour pets to a place like this.

I just took my baby there. Crying with pain
He's 16 with a heart condition and maybe a tumor on his brain
He is a invalid . Can't walk and in diapers
He was in so much pain he was crying out loud .the staff is very rude . No help at all. Wouldn't see him

This whole staff are angels .Done everything they could to tell me over the phone what to get till I get back home
I pray my baby makes it back home without the pain he is in now.
Sorry bunch of people that work at this office.
Especially the vet.
Well after him crying and suffering all night because you wouldn't help him with any pain meds I had to take him home and have him put to sleep the next morning.
I hope he haunts you in your sleep.

Terribly overpriced! And terrible service. Vet assistant/tech not very knowledgeable or experienced. Everyone here is short tempered and not at all friendly... Dr Anderson seems like she's well. I just wished the animal shelter would let you choose which vet to use to get your pet fixed and vaccinated. I was charged for vaccines that the shelter covered. I also didn't receive the rabies shot in the bundle... Terrible malpractice. This office can learn to do better.
