I have used various vets over the years and Dr. Sergent has been the BEST. She is very responsive, her office is professional and quick to put me in touch with her when I need her. I'm down to my last Paso Fino and only wish I had used Dr. Sergent years ago. It might have saved both my other horses. Dr. Sergent is thorough, happy to explain what is going on with my horse, what options I have, what tests she recommends. She has always treated my horse with the greatest of care. Her prices seem in line with other vets I've used in the past. Unlike other vets, I hear from her the same day and (in an emergency), she has always shown up to treat my horse quickly. Thank you, Dr. Sergent, Jenni and Kevin for your great care of my horse and of me!!

Dr. Kim is a wonderful vet. I have used her for several years for my 2 horses. I highly recommend her for anyone needing an equine veterinarian in the San Diego area. She treated my ...complicated... mare & helped me nurse my horse through a tricky colic when we first relocated from the Northeast. The shockwave treatment she suggested has helped my other horses back when nothing else had. My horses adore her and whinny when her truck pulls in the courtyard. Thank you to everyone at All County Equine Services for your care over the last few years. ?

While she’s very nice as a person, the business practices here are horrific.

Many horses in her care who should be euthanized are forced to suffer as she pockets thousands “treating” them for ailments that will never get better. Quality of life doesn’t matter. Poor prognosis doesn’t matter. Making money does.

Will bill you inaccurately. Will argue. Will treat for things without content calling it “good practice”

This is one of those vets you cannot have faith in. It’s hard to know what actually needs to be done versus what she wants to pad her pockets with. There are plenty of good options in the area; this certainly is not one.
