After receiving terrible care at another clinic; My kitten arrived in poor condition and very dehydrated. From the reception you could see the love and great service of the staff in general. We were treated by an excellent veterinarian who did his best to save Simba's life and after surgery he succeeded. Afterwards he kept an eye on him by phone until he was sure he was in optimal condition. My most sincere thanks and congratulations to his entire team for his vocation and his love for our furry children.

Después de recibir una pésima atención en otra clínica; mi gatito llegó en malas condiciones y muy deshidratado. Desde la recepción se notó el amor y el gran servido de su personal en general. Nos atendió un excelente veterinario que se esmeró por salvar la vida de Simba y después de una cirugía lo logró. Después estuvo pendiente de él vía telefónica hasta estar seguro que estaba en óptimas condiciones. Mi más sincero agradecimiento y felicitaciones a todo su equipo por su vocación y amor por nuestros peluditos.

I can’t thank Dr. Ashmore enough for the incredible care they gave my beloved cat. She had kidney stone surgery and wasn’t healing well, but the staff went above and beyond, keeping her extra days for monitoring at no additional charge. Their compassion, skill, and dedication truly show how much they care about their patients. I’m so grateful for everything they did to help her recover safely.

We’ve been to All Creatures with all our dogs ! And each time has been amazing with both Dr. Silas and Dr. Byron ! Recently our pup had an obstruction and Dr. Byron was absolutely amazing from the time we received the news to discharge, even at home checking in on us to make sure our pup was okay. The receptionist are amazing as well. Cannot thank the team over at All Creatures enough!

Dr. Ashmore is truly one of a kind. He’s not only incredibly well-educated and knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about the animals in his care. What really stands out is the time he takes to explain everything thoroughly—something I especially appreciate, as I can be a little over-the-top when it comes to my dog, Mack.

Despite my anxiety, Dr. Ashmore always keeps me calm and informed. He’s attentive, compassionate, and truly listens. He goes above and beyond to make both you and your pet feel safe and supported. I couldn’t ask for a better vet to trust with Mack’s care.

I also have to mention Molly at the front desk—she is an absolute gem. Sweet, warm, and so easy to talk to, she makes every visit feel that much more comfortable. She’s attentive and always on top of everything, which makes the whole experience smoother from the moment you walk in.

Amazing place with incredible staff. Dr Silas incredible not only with my puppy with with my children as well. Thoroughly explains everything he’s doing and aftercare of needed. Would recommend them to everyone I know. Don’t hesitate using this place!
