Over 20 years we have been to Carmel groomers and for years we went to Glamour Pets on Madison Ave. Anne is even better than the owner of Glamour Pets. We loved Glamour Pets, but they closed their doors. Thankful for All Creatures Great and Groomed. 🙏

My cats are dealing with a bout of fleas for the first time and we were so lost what to do! This groomer graciously took in our boy cat who refused to let us bathe him at home and shaved him down and examined him to determine how bad it was. They gave my husband suggestions moving forward and calmed our nerves for his first grooming session! Will definitely come back if we have any grooming needs in the future.

I am super stoked I was able to find a professional cat groomer here in Indy. These ladies are fantastic! My long haired cat had a sanitary issue on her backside and they got her in quickly and took care of her. Blanchie is very thankful that her momma took her here. 😊 Can't wait to take her and my other cat to them later in the year for an entire groom!

Horrible Experience with this place.

We called them because they were referred to us for English Angora Rabbits. When we first set up appointment we were told it would be $100 plus 25 if it was matted. We had informed them that our rabbit was in fact, quite matted.

We showed up on time and they noticed that our rabbit was matted which we told them it was. She then said it would take a couple hours and a couple hundred dollars.

We sat with the owner for the first 20 minutes to talk to her about how we have been trying to do our best to keep him trimmed by discussing it with many Facebook groups and have tried many different options at home. It had got out of hand and that is why we decided to bring him to someone to do it for us. She was very knowledgeable and gentle with our rabbit.

We show up to pick it up 6 hours later and she then charges us 3 times more than what she told us.

I tried to explain to her our frustration with the price. At no time were we told it could be that expensive. The most she ever told us was $200. She was defensive from the start. I was very calm, trying to explain to her why we were frustrated. Many times she wouldn't even let me talk to explain our frustration. She never told us the reason for the increased price before we brought up our concerns. At no time did she tell us it was going to depend on how much time it would take or what tools she needed to use. It's like she just made up the price.

She then got extremely angry and started calling me a bully, misogynistic and on multiple occasions accused of of purposely neglecting our pet. Even though we were very up front with her about our struggles with grooming him. It was not from effort that it got so matted. She then started cursing at us and being extremely confrontation.

Will never use them again.

At no time did I say we weren't going to pay. We just wanted her to know the pricing was extremely confusing and not explained well at all.
