Excellent experience today. They were able to squeeze Mitzi in for an appointment today on short notice. Friendly office staff and Doctor. Especially with a feisty Chi-Weenie. It was well worth the 30 miles to & from Benson from Huachuca City rather than the 10 miles to Sierra Vista! Thanks! :)

Dr. Monika has been my veterinarian for my “zoo” for over 10 years and is very passionate about the wellbeing of all of them. She goes above & beyond to ensure their comfort and takes her time to go over the diagnosis and treatment plan. She’s also very passionate about end of life care which is very important to me. No Animal should deteriorate and die in pain and Dr. Monika make sure that age gracefully and pain free ♥️

I highly recommend All Creatures veterinarian service. Dr. Monika is very knowledgeable, insightful, extremely educated and so compassionate. She was able to diagnose my dog with a very rare condition. She saved my best friends life and I’m so grateful to have such a brilliant veterinarian. Dr. Monika now sees all my animals- horses, cats and dogs.

We took our little dog to Dr. Monika for a senior wellness visit. She examined him thoroughly with gentle kindness and explained things to us in a very caring & professional manner. Her staff was equally kind & professional & they were able to get us in quickly. We highly recommend All Creatures & Dr. Monika to anyone in need of veterinary services.

I used to take my cat, Missy, here a few years ago. She was always treated with such great care. The veterinarians were so attentive and explained things so well to me. Also, their prices are EXTREMELY affordable! I now live out of state, so unfortunately I can’t come to this clinic anymore. But I will never forget how my cat was in great hands!

Admittedly it has been a while since going there but the experience has stuck with me so much I need to make it known. The dr was insistent that my cat needed ALL her teeth extracted, and even went on about how many full mouth extractions she has done, including one that was currently at the clinic. This didn’t sit right with me so we went elsewhere and got a second opinion. Bella’s teeth were and still are perfect, didn’t even need a cleaning.

The pros: First is the nurse Abby is absolutely amazing. You can just tell she loves animals and has a passion for her job. She really wants to help you and your pet and has the biggest heart. She showed a tremendous amount of empathy and concern for our situation. She personally followed up with us and that's huge. If she ever is in a place to open her own practice, I would definitely go to her. She is a huge asset for this office. Second is the fact they do seem to be priced reasonably compared to other places. Cons: 1. They do not take payment plans or care credit. They will not work with you even if they have what you need to save your pets life if you can't pay in full, up front. If you are at a place where you're struggling financially, do not go here. Go somewhere that you are guaranteed a payment plan option or else you'll just be wasting the $48 exam fee you already paid to be told you're out of luck and to either put your animal down or try somewhere else. 2. Very crowded and small waiting area. Especially if you have a sick animal.

The staff to include the vet herself, are some of the rudest people i've ever met. I've been in there 3 times in the last month getting my puppy the shots, he needs. The first time I went in there, the lady at the front desk could care less that I was standing there waiting. She was ignoring me until I finally said something and then she huffed and rolled her eyes like I was an inconvenience. The second time my puppy simply needed his first rattlesnake vaccination shot, which is a tech only appointment. For some reason, they wanted to separate me from my dog and take him back there by himself. He's a puppy and he doesn't want to be away from me. So I would not allow it so again I got the eye roll and the Huff and the rude attitude. Today I went back there for his second rattlesnake vaccination, which is a tech only appointment as well. Again they wanted to separate me from my dog and he's a puppy and he does not want that, so it's freaked him out so I would not allow them to separate me from the dog and I got the rude Huff, the eye roll and the vet stormed off and I never saw her again. Some other tech came out and gave the shot. What is with the rude disrespectful attitudes at this place?
