Definitely over priced, I mean way overpriced. I am being charged 4300 dollars to remove a broken canine in my 10 years old French Bulldog (healthy). My vet removed the other broken canine for 450 about 5 months ago but doesn’t do dental anymore in her office. I liked them but am going to shop around and speak with my vet again. I paid 1200 to have two wisdom teeth removed with sedation. Something has to wrong.

I do not think there are enough positive words I could write about Dr. Elizabeth and the entire staff at this clinic. From the first phone call in making an appointment they did above and beyond to accommodate us and inform us of office procedures and protocol. Obviously with an elderly kitty we were nervous about his long drive and meeting a new provider but I truly think Dr. Elizabeth is a godsend. She was incredibly thorough in pre-op and willing to discuss all routes of possible treatment. In speaking to her, you can tell her level of expertise is through the roof but she is also open to listening to voiced concerns and clearly understands that many pet owners feel like their pet is the center of the universe.
I am so grateful we took our kitty here and will continue to bring any and all animals here for years to come.

Dr. Bellows and his staff saved my dog's life. Plain and simple. When everyone else said it was a lost cause, and that he should be put down - Dr. Bellows said we can make this work. From the time they took to explain everything to my husband and I, every step of the way, to treating my boy with love and yes, even respect, to the way his staff treated me when I clearly needed some comforting, to even cheering my kids up when we went to pick up our boy. This team, truly cares about the animals that walk through their doors, and their owners. This is more than a job for them, it is a passion - I'd even say a calling for Dr. Bellows. I will forever be thankful for what Dr. Bellows did, and I also have to give a special thanks to Paul who was the first one to give me hope after a week of calling every veterinarian from here to California. The best I can do to repay you all for what you did for my boy is to give my recommendation to everyone I know who needs care for their pet(s). Thank you all again! <3

Dr. Elizabeth went above and beyond for our baby ( 11 year old french bulldog, Ellie). She helped make a very challenging situation manageable. She showed a lot of empathy and explained a complicated diagnosis in an understandable manner. We are very grateful.

My cat was a patient here a year ago for oral stomatitis. Dr. Bellows performed laser ablation on her tongue and she did relatively well. Unfortunately she had a second laser procedure some months later by Dr. Elizabeth McMorran (Dr. Bellows was on an extended vacation and not available) and following this was in excruciating pain and could not eat for over a week. She continued to decline, developed respiratory failure and died two weeks after the procedure despite being an otherwise healthy cat. A necropsy showed she had ulcers throughout her trachea and her lungs were severely damaged. I am not sure exactly what Dr. McMorran did to her, but the suffering my poor cat endured was entirely unacceptable. She was otherwise healthy and there is no doubt in my mind that the procedure contributed to her death. She was only 11 years old and she should lot have died.

My dog was in need of dental work since he had broken a tooth and required attention for it. My appointment was for 10:30 I arrived at 10:15. I continued to wait for about two hours for them to see me. The services they rendered were assessing the damage done to the tooth. The bid for fixing said tooth was that of a very nice used car. Now this assessment of damage and 6 sheet of paper cost $141.00. Something that I could have remotely sent detailed photos of and done without even stepping foot near this place. I don't understand how someone could just want to help their pet get well and yet is taken advantage of by trying to do just that. If I could have done differently; I would have calmly and kindly walked out and left without paying for the litteral kick in the teeth that these people give to others.

My Shiba Inu received superior
treatment by Dr Jan Bellows for
bottom canine eye teeth that
were stuck in the center of her
mouth. Happily her canines
are now in normal positions.
Poppy did well despite her shyness.
The staff are kind and communicate
well. Very high standards of quality
veterinary practice are maintained.
