Dr Sikina and the entire team gave our Chico the best and most thorough care and gave us complete post op instructions and specialty referrals to make sure he had the best follow up care. Every single staff member was kind, gentle, compassionate and gave our sweet boy all the love and attention while he was in their care. He is doing great and feeling extra spunky ?

Be prepared to pay!! BUT they saved my pup and the surgeon was amazing. He explained everything to me and didn’t perform unnecessary surgery. He was able to work her block without opening her intestines. Thank you!! She’s doing great and can’t wait to get her stitches out!

I brought my dog in for excessive vomiting and AVS and the overnight team were really great. He was there for 2 days in their care and had the works done. Granted it was expensive, as any 24 hour ER vet should be - but I would do anything for my baby boy.

Everyone was so kind - from the front desk, to the nurses, to the Doctors. I received regular calls with updates, and they encouraged me to call in to seek my own as well if I was missing him. I was also able to visit. They were very kind to him and he’s back and feeling great now. Thank you, from Nile and me to the entire team!!

Our Paisley Mae, only two and a half, was treated so well by everyone at AVS. Especially notable are Dr. Nichols, Dan and Dr. Sikina. They didn’t give up and explored all the options of what could be happening to our girl. Paisley was near death and it’s a miracle she made it. Special thanks to Dr. Sikina for solving the puzzle, which was anaphylactic shock. I never knew this could and does happen to dogs! We are so thankful for the wisdom that is within AVS. From the bottom of our hearts-thank you!

Honestly love this hospital. They are amazing. I’ve had to bring my animals there a few times (unfortunately) and everytime has been affordable and the staff is amazing. They took amazing care of my animals. I had to put my dog Galaxy down there and they helped us through the hard time and everything we needed to do to be there. They also sent me a card after a week or so and that made my whole week. They go above and beyond. They actually care. I’d give 100 stars if I could.

10 stars for this facility & for Dr.Sikina. Our 3yr old border collie mix was in addisonian crisis and wasn’t able to receive 24/7 care from our primary vet so we came here. From the beginning this team has been a dream to work with! Marley is doing so much better and is stable thanks to them. I will continue to bring her here for check ups and monthly injections. I believe they saved my baby and I can’t thank them enough for that.

My kitty is now 26 days post op and she is off all meds completely. I really exhausted all avenues before landing on the surgery. Her colon was so enlarged, and was failing.
