I called to check on my big brother the lady was so rude she hung up in my face and kept saying she can’t tell me anything n was getting loud with me while I was still calm this is the worst place ever she do not needs to be working there while people like me trying to talk to there loved ones but I will be getting a lawyer for this place..

Worst mental health facility I've ever seen. The staff is rude and disrespectful, with the exception of a few (Sherri is awesome)!
Every question I've had has NEVER been answered with anything other than the generic, onesizefitsall response. Their policies & rules are enforced when convenient for them only.
They are not there to genuinely help and do what's right for the patients, they are there to get a check. Horribly ran place..I'm thoroughly disgusted.

Very poor facility! They are not hands on with the patients , they have no idea or care what’s going on here ! Your family will literally be just drifting away in this place . They are rude horrible staffing , I have personally overheard conversations, workers are pathetic and just here for a check ! Never ever send your family here do not trust so much goes on we can’t see it’s insane . #MentalHealthMatters !

To the first two people leaving comments on here...

1 - This is a Mental Health Hospital. Unless you are a Dr or a Dr's office with a pre-approved contact you aren't going to get any "medical records". HIPAA laws dictate that unless you are an approved contact they can't even confirm that a patient was or wasn't there.

2 - Rating a business one star because you are a bad driver is pretty weak. Don't ride people's tail... Sounds like you got less than you deserved.

As far as inpatient psychiatric hospitals go, this one was probably the least unpleasant of all the ones I've been to. It was still an awful place to be, there were, like in all places, dumb, power-tripping, unsympathetic staff members and overmedication issues, but it wasn't nearly as bad as St. Elizabeth's or Choate.
