I had the most incredible time volunteering at AMA Animal Rescue! The founders, Anna and Maria, are incredibly strong and caring people, and you can feel their passion for giving every animal that comes across their paths the best shot at a happy life! They give all of their animals so much love and attention and their facilities are extremely clean and professional. Definitely donate what ever you can - time, money, supplies, or just sharing their organization with other people who care!

AMA Animal Rescue is an incredible organization! We fostered a Cane Corso through them and ended up adopting her. The team was extremely responsive—always quick to answer our texts and calls—and it’s clear how much they truly care about every dog in their pack. When we went to officially adopt Kona at their facility, we could see how thorough they are in making sure each dog goes to a loving, responsible home. We’re so grateful for their dedication and highly recommend AMA to anyone looking to foster or adopt!

I am a first time cat owner and the staff at AMA were so helpful and patient. The adoption process was very thorough and they provided a lot of information. You can tell they really care about the safety and wellbeing of all the animals. It’s been about a month since adopting my cat Onyx and I love him so much! Where to begin!! We adopted our sweet angel girl from AMA about a month ago now and could not be more in love. The process with the entire AMA staff was nothing short of perfect. They obviously love and care for all of their animals so much and go the extra mile for them! It’s always risking adopting from anywhere but our girl was happy and well cared for and completely healthy (flea/tick/heartworm free, no kennel cough etc…). When we first found Grace on their website they were completely upfront with her semi complicated medical history and upcoming spay surgery as well as additional surgery - which they took care of and got results from before even thinking about sending her home with us permanently. To anyone thinking about adopting - AMA is an amazing place and I hope they have a little one you’re interested in taking home with you. 🙂

Great organization! I adopted my pup Denver from this amazing organization a few months ago. The process for adopting is pretty extensive, which I appreciate for the safety of the animals. Just keep that in mind!

The care they gave my boy was just amazing. He is the best decision I ever made. Highly recommend this organization.
