A few months ago, I had gone in for an ingrown toenail removal. And not only did the doctor succeed, he (or whatever it was because it was a male doctor wearing press on nails..) killed nail bed! I just found this out last night because I went to a different local urgent care, and because there is still infection and the nail has not grown back, which it should have by now, is because the doctor that did this procedure did it wrong! Told me he did "hundreds of them". Yeah, whatever. Malpractice. And the best part I ended up paying nearly $300 dollars just because it needed "more work than he thought." Never going back. Do not recommend. This VERY well should be taken to legal matters because God, literally GOD only knows how much damage these people are doing to their patients. 💔

The physician was great. My daughter and I waited for 21/2 hours to get in. People came and checked in after us got in before us. They say first come first serve but that isn't the case. I asked the receptionist why and she said it was the check in procedure. I call bull. She made a mistake and didn't own up to it. I have never had this problem before and have been there several times. We were there for 3 hours and 19 minutes all together.. it was awful.I am a very patient person and knew we would have to wait our turn, but when people checked in after us was called back before us, was not cool. Whatever happened to I'm so sorry we will get you back as soon as possible.

I use this urgent care for my family and have always been satisfied with their services. My daughters absolutely loves the nurses and providers, they are friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to get in and get out with what I need especially when one of us doesn't feel good. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs unexpected sick visits!

She goes above and beyond to enter my questions helping our business and you can tell she genuinely cares and is not put off...which is a rare thing these days! Visited the urgent care Sat. 8/17. I felt terrible and was so thankful the wait time was minimal. Check in is always a breeze with T. Burns. Physician and nurse provided good care as always.
